New owners took over & Pizza Palace is now Pizza Dump
The Calzones were dry & burned. No more Garlic Butter that’s brushed over the top. It tasted like cardboard. ooked so long that I couldn’t bite it. The items & cheese inside Calzones were so sparse only using ¹¼ of what it used to be.
The man that served us was not nice or friendly. The price literally doubled & it no longer included a drink.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.

Worst food we have ever ordered. The chicken wings were sitting in a inch of oil and burnt. Hardly any meat on them. The pizza had no cheese and it was hard to chew. Didn’t even bother to call and complain because they were so rude when I placed the order. Take your business elsewhere!!

The lady that service me was polite and was a little humorous. I got the lunch special, 2 slices and a drink, it’s actually $6 now. The pizza was decent in taste, just flat.

Ownership changed…. Not the same …If you have not been to this restaurant, you have no idea what you’re missing out on. The food is amazing, the specials you can’t beat.100%. The place is fabulous all around. The best part is the staff. I left my wallet on the counter, full of cash and credit cards. I called the next day, I was then told , stop worrying I have it right here. My wallet was untouched with everything intact!! Patronizing Pizza Palace is a win-win.(I drive 30 minutes to go there) Great food, great staff, and great deals….. update. Place is under new management. Went down hill fast.

New people, new owners took over since then the place has been nothing bit horrible I came in twice waited 15min each time and no come came out to help, they have no menu and if you want to order delivery you have to wait until 4pm. Absolutely a disappointment.

Assuming they have new owners, I will never order here again. They have the phones off so nobody can call in orders, and when you go in to order they just keep telling you to wait when they aren’t even busy. The food quality is absolute crap now too from what I hear. Guess I dodged a bullet to have them refuse to take my order.

They need a new cook!! Food hasn’t been good the last two times I ordered. I ordered Mozzarella sticks and they are extremely burnt. Ordered 10pcs wings and they were overcooked and no damn flavor. Oh yeah instead of getting 10, they gave me 6. If you decide to try this place, DON’T!

I’d leave a zero star review if I could. I ordered a pizza and was told it would be 40 minutes. An hour goes by so I call to see where my pizza was and was told it was on the way. Another 30 minutes goes by so I call again and was told it should get to me soon. My pizza gets to my house and it’s cold. Then to top it off the driver instead of giving me my receipt that has my full card info takes it with her. I call them back and the lady puts the owner on the phone I explain to him that i was told 40 minutes and it took double that time for me to get a cold pizza and that the lady took my card info with her. Keep In
mind I’m talking to him nicely and he tells me what do you want me to do. So then he says fine, I’ll give you a free pizza but don’t call here again and next time call someone who will get there in 30 minutes and give you a hot pizza. How in the world is this man still running a business. So rude and very unprofessional. I will never order from them again and I recommend no one to.
