I ordered 3 dinners by phone. Only one was right. I specifically asked for fettucine broccoli and chicken alfredo no garlic. I go ziti instead, no big deal but it was saturated with garlic. I had to throw it away. Same thing with my spaghetti and meatballs. I requested no garlic, butagain it was loaded with garlic and a very minimum amount of sauce. Is this okace under new management. I used to love Pizza Palace, not anymore.

I ordered a sandwich. The employee handled money, briefly put his finger in his mouth and then put on gloves and proceeded to start making it without washing his hands first. I said, no that isn’t sanitary. Please just refund me.

Ordered 2 small pizzas to go for a quick lunch, pepperoni and a pepper and onion. Pickup time was exact, pizzas were hot and ready. Good flavor, decent amount of toppings. Will go back and try different menu items in the future.

TLDR: Don’t order food from Pizza Palace if you’re hosting a party.
We ordered from Pizza Palace and asked for them to deliver pizza to a nearby location. We also asked for them to cut the pizza into smaller slices for children. Unfortunately they were late on deliver, didn’t cut the pizza, and all the cheese moved to one side of the pizza during delivery.
When I called Pizza Palace to ask if this was the expected service, since it negatively impacted the party AND we provided a large tip, they were nothing but aggressive on the phone. They told me that “people make mistakes”.
Welp, it was actually my mistake to order from Pizza Palace. 0/5 stars.
