Purchased 2 large pizzas when they were taking off of the pan, she couldn’t hardly get it loose. Crust was so hard you couldn’t chew it. Looked like multiple leftover pizza dough was used to make them. I called that night girl said they get bubbles sometimes this was not bubbles. Called on Monday all I was told we had no other calls about it. $42 for 2 pizzas to throw away totally ridiculous. Wasn’t offered an apology or what can we do to make it right? Very dissatisfied!!

One of my favorite pizza restaurants but I didn’t get my garlic bread so I called for a refund and was told they would take care of it. Called again after two days, was told it could be a week. Waited 8 days, still nothing, gonna miss the pizza, but principles in business are more important. I won’t go back.

They claim they deliver. But they don’t. They depend on grub hub or some other third party delivery service and if nobody’s available you simply don’t get your food. Take down your free delivery sign if you don’t deliver pizza. if someone asks if you deliver don’t claim you do if you don’t. Waited two hours for them to tell me we don’t actually deliver!

First time experience with Pizza Oven. First impression was that we were questioning if they were even open, because it did not look well kept on the outside. It took us a minute to find the dining menus, because there were catering menus everywhere. Inside was very plain, and there was no ambiance so you can hear everyone in the kitchen from the dining room. Our table was VERY unstable and shaky, we were scared to lean on it. We found that the legs underneath were very rusty.
I got a salad, and it was okay. As for the pizza, to put it bluntly, nobody at our table liked it. The crust was very dense and bread-like, the sauce was sour, and the cheese was greasy. There were 6 of us, ranging from toddler to adults, and all of us decided that it just was not that great. All things considered, we probably won’t be going back to this place or any other of their locations.

I love pizza over been going to the one in Canton South since the early 90’s because it’s a 5 star place but the one on Erie Street made a pizza I had to throw away it was just gross. I would have went back but I grabbed it before a long trip.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen! Completely disregarded an order and failed to call and notify that there was no delivery driver after over an hour and a half and only response was can “discount an order”. Void it will not ever order from pizza oven again and was along time customer.

Pizza oven, Get your staff a new phone please. The staff can’t hear your order as it kept cutting out on her. Had to repeat my order many times. Hope they get my address right n we get our order correct. Not feeling too confident at this point. Food has been pretty good in past. So 1st time ordering for delivery. We will see. UPDATE: Delivery went well n food was hot n good. My chicken was so good n our pizza was perfect. Delivery guy was neat n clean, courteous n very nice. We ate inside a few weeks ago n it was very nice. No complaints about anything. Its a typical pizza parlor. Not fancy. Very simple. You order at counter and they bring it to your table. They even made my pizza with Alfredo sauce n chicken upon my request n it was so good. Restroom was clean.
