Honestly I’ve had so many problems with this place and idk why I still give them a chance. The pizza gets worse every SINGLE TIME. On Christmas Eve we ordered our usual pizza which was sausage with half jalapeño tell me why’ when pizza arrived they’d didn’t even bake the jalapenos in. They just threw them on top of the pizza cold. To top it off it made us all sick. Theres been other times where I order and pizza never arrived. I called the place back as they were about to close bc almost two hours waiting for a pizza they never out the order in for! Drivers are great and very friendly but service it declining very fast! Cashiers have been rude even on the phone and can never even get an “I’m sorry” tbh sick of this place.

Piece of hard plastic or glass found on slice of pizza. We called in to make the complaint and for starters , we were not taken seriously. They thought we were lying and asked to bring the pizza back in but mind you we have already gone through majority of the pizza and this came out within the last slices. You could hear the staff laughing in the background and the manager taking this as if it was a joke which is completely unprofessional as an establishment. They wanted to give us a new one instead of compensating or offering another way of solution. Why would we need another pizza if we’re having this issue of foreign items being in it ! Pizza Nova please do better !

Honestly I would think that with the times I’ve ordered from here I would at least get GF pod customer service. I ordered a large pizza that came with a free soda. When I was given my order the soda was sideways on top of the box. When I got inside I notice that the soda was missing soda. I called the driver and he said he would call his boss… I made it clear that all I wanted was another soda. When he calls me back he says his boss says that the soda is free anyways and that it’s a distributor problem not there’s.. I honestly couldn’t believe it. The driver was so apologetic but damn I can’t believe his boss really said that to a customer. I’ve had more bad experiences with this location and I keep ordering from them because it’s the only pizza my son likes. So disappointed.

I paid $12.95 for 6 inferno wings. No sauce came on them when the girl up front told me there would be sauce on them. They gave me plain half wings for $12.95! Was a complete waste of my time and money. Never going back. 22$ for cheese fries and 6 half wings with no sauce. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is usually my go to pizza place. Despite all the bad ratings I always ordered. But this time was just bad. I ordered a pizza and some bbq ribs when I got home I opened the pizza to see it was all burnt! Not even my kids wanted to eat that hard, burnt pizza. I also grabbed some ribs, and same thing! How do you sell this to a customer. Very very dissatisfied!

The pizza good not the best but it’s pizza. But the main reason for this review is the delivery service. I called for delivery and I was told over the phone that the do card payments when they deliver. Meaning the driver has a device to take the payment which is great. But the driver called with an attitude that to make sure I had my card ready to pay before the delivery was made. Then when he showed up he was mad and rushing and I was trying to tip him I pressed other and it by passed the tip option then he was really mad and started yelling say “Now I don’t get a tip!” It was a bad experience to start with but what was worse it was at my place of work. So the service really needs to get better cause I’ll never do delivery again may not even go there again cause there are plenty of other pizza places in the area.
