I want to begin by saying that Pizza Nova is my favourite pizza chain in Canada. But the Pizza Nova in Lindsay has the most inconsistent product of any Pizza Nova. Your odds of getting a good pizza there are 50% at best. My most recent experience was a burnt pizza to the point where it went strait in to the compost bin. I have called previously complaining about the burnt pizza where they offered to remake the pizza which resulted in me waiting on hold, having to send photos and finally getting it replaced over an hour after the original order. This time I have elected to go without and post my frustrating experience online. How they can box a burnt pizza such as the one they sold me was a clear choice to say, this store has absolutely no concern for quality. When they get it right, it is a great pizza. The staff for the most part are pleasant. Unfortunately however, it is quite frankly, a roll of the dice that I am not going to gamble again. “Goodbye Pizza Nova Lindsay”

What happened to Pizza Nova ??
It has 100% changed in every way no longer a Canadian staple and is the absolute worst Pizza in Lindsay.
They have sold out to people who have no Idea on how to keep a very successful franchise going strong. I always thought francises had to follow the receipe that made Pizza Nova the best pizza in Canada. Nope, it sold out to those who have zero idea on how to make Pizza.
This crap is dry, tasteless and the consistantsy of eating something spread over Amazon Cardboard. It always arrives cold and terrible and over priced Ive throwen away more pizza from this place than can be imagined, ate 2 pieces of a medium and tossed the rest. My wife ate 1 piece of her small and tossed the rest. Im so sick of calling talking to someone who can’t even speak English enough to grasp the severity of the issue and nothing changes !! EVER !!
I will no longer order from Pizza Nova ever again. This store in Lindsay sucks 100% … Do Not order from this store !!

Did you actually read what I complained about? This is a constant ongoing issue! How is a such an empty careless reply ever gonna make it right? You can’t provide such an empty scripted reply to a customer with continuous free products to maintain their loyalty. As I said, I will never call again, this is one customer who could care less about anything free you have to offer anymore. Your product has drastically deteriorated so much that there is no way I’d waste my money anymore. Ciao yourself !

Very disappointed with this location in Lindsay. This is the second time I have ordered a pizza. Both pizzas were missing toppings the first time I let it go, the second time I called customer service. They said they would send a pizza with the correct toppings. They called back and said they couldn’t because the store ran out of the topping that was missing. Ordered the pizza, picked up the pizza, and not once did anyone say sorry were out of that topping. What kind of business are you running there? When you expect and certain pizza the way you want it and you get whatever they want to give you. Great customer service. Will not be ordering from here again.

Took the kiddos to the stand at the lindsay EX. Price was ok but the slice was a little small. Two 6 year old kids ate it up quick which tells ya the slices are small. Service was quick and it was made fresh.

We ordered a pizza a week ago with half deluxe and half pepperoni. When it arrived, it was clear that the half that was deluxe was a pizza that had been sitting out for walk in customers and was out in our pizza box. It was not the same pizza as the other half that was pepperoni.
We received a credit and we decided to use it again today and we were given a pizza with an absence amount of salt on it that made it inedible. We called again to complain and they asked for the pizza back and wanted to give us a $7 credit for a $23 pizza…
