I ordered food from this restaurant tonight and I was extremely disappointed. The overall quality was far below my expectations, and I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
The worst part was the Caesar salad — it was absolutely terrible. The lettuce wasn’t fresh, the dressing had a really unpleasant taste.
Also, the prices are way too high for the quality of the food. I honestly feel like I wasted my money.
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this experience was really frustrating and I think people should know before ordering.

Decided to try here for the first time today we got a delivery and the food came at the exact time it said it would on the confirmation 🙂 . The food was lovely and was a nice change to what I normally go for. The spag bol was lovely and fresh and the sauce was delish. The pizza was also cooked to perfection. I can’t wait to order again

Ordered food for delivery from Pizza Napoli, Woodbourne Road. They made a mistake on my item…
…BUT after phoning up to let them know, they apologised and offered a voucher for (part of) value of incorrect, uneaten items
OR replacement food. I got replacement within the hour.
Customer service was good, as was the food, and I’ve never had a problem with them before.

A lovely evening full of tasty food and wonderful service. I love that the food is made fresh, hot and right in front of you. The staff were very accommodating to gluten free options as well as swapping out pizza bases/toppings at request with perfectly cooked pizza crust. A super warm welcome from Snowy and even a bit of entertainment with a few tricks. All in all a great experience.

We very rarely come across places with an actual wood burning oven so were excited to try these pizzas as the oven makes such a difference to the taste that you’re only aware of when you eat them on a regular basis.
Unfortunately this was one of the worst pizzas we have ever had, there was no taste to the base or the toppings and if I hadn’t have seen the oven would have assumed it came from a conventional one.
It’s a shame because the family who run this were lovely and really trying their best, they were welcoming and the place itself is clean and well decorated.

We celebrated today our son first birthday at Pizza Napoli on the terrace. This was our first visit but definitely will be not the last one. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Thank you very much for the great food and lovely atmosphere.

Three attempts to get the pizza not-burnt! The first one – black!
Second one – about a quarter black
Third one – Better but black bits and the man making them refused to remake. Son ate almost half of it! Considering whether to do a chargeback through our bank as the man refused to remake and refused a refund so we had to take the pizza.
Absolutely disgusting. Taking advantage of the TT crowd which is bad enough but we live here! Shan’t use again – I know it won’t affect their business but they clearly don’t care about that. Better places in Douglas, go there!
Edit – the owner’s snotty response is fine but serving atrocious pizza is what I experienced. If your other guests received better food then that’s great for them and you
