Never know when they are open because It never looks open and It Is hard to get someone on the phone.Staff was polite and cordial. Not exactly friendly. Pizza was OKAY could’ve been much better could’ve been worse. For the price I had higher expectations. Impressive they work in such a small limited space. I couldn’t do It. It felt clausterphobic just grabbing our order. The step is dangerous.Hate the location. Very easy to miss.

I’ve always been happy with PaM but tonight I’m not. I was on hold for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever. I finally placed my order then thought for a moment and called and cancelled it. The young lady was rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t allow me to speak with a manager. And when I called to cancel my order it was no skin off her back because she doesn’t own the business. If they do that to many people then they are going to lose a lot of business.
The food is great was the reason I chose Pizza and More. I hope the next time…. it doesn’t happen.
