I have loved this pizza in the past but have noticed that this is the floppiest pizza I have ever eaten – pizza crust should be crispy and should not fall apart when you try to eat it – it’s almost inedible since the flop is so bad – everything falls off when you try to pick it up- el presidente would give it a 0. Anyway, they can change this by offering a crispy option. Will unlikely be back.

This was my first time visiting Pizza My Heart ❤️. I was looking for something quick to eat, and my daughter (whose 3yo) saw pizza so we went! The prices for a slice was very reasonable I think it was $4 for cheese and $5 for pepperoni. They warm it up in the pizza oven. They are very cheesey, thin and crust
The pizza maker was friendly, funny and gave my daughter a fruit snack .
I loved the atmosphere with the pictures they had hanging up which appears to be local families a lot of surfers.
If you have a child age 4-12, they get a free slice on their bday if you sign up ❤️

Incompetent stuff, we had to wait for half an hour for an order of warmed up pizza slice watching them giving the slices away to people who ordered same pizza slices coming much much later then us. If you cannot remember who ordered stuff, please give out numbers/tickets so you can keep up. Wish I could take my tip back and I am definitely not coming back. The interesting part is that there are 5 customers in the restaurant and 4 stuff working, how can you not keep up? It is also very annoying that stuff saw nothing wrong with it and instead of explaining the situation or apologizing they just traded jokes amongst themselves. This was for an after party for a 12 year old soccer girls. So disappointing. Left hungry, last thing you’d expect from a pizza place.

Love pizza my heart but have been disappointed with the service at this location the two times we have ordered pizza here. First time it took forever, but we have it another chance on Valentine’s Day. The cashier told us it would be forty minutes, but it took over an hour and twenty minutes, double the time. Luckily I wasn’t in a huge hurry that night but other customers were getting pretty upset and the staff just seemed really uncommunicative and unapologetic which felt a little off brand. Still loyal to Pizza My Heart but I’ll be sticking to the Dublin location for now! We did love the heart shaped pizzas though!

Mmmm good pizza! The gluten free crust was thin and tasty. I also had veggie toppings and they were great along with the vegan cheese!

I came in after 5 and ordered a custom pizza. Due to dietary restrictions, it’s challenging to find options when eating out & it can be stressful or embarrassing (IBS dietary restrictions). I asked if certain substitutions could be made and if the staff could use a different pizza cutter for mine because cross contamination has been an issue at other businesses. The young gentleman helping me was patient, respectful, and kind. I was able to tailor my pizza to accommodate my needs and he asked the chefs/staff to make the adjustments.
Service was fast and the pizza is delicious! I really appreciate the staff being able & willing to accommodate me all while being kind. Other food businesses haven’t been as accommodating or respectful so I made sure to show my appreciation with a good tip in the tip box.
Thank you again for your help & the delicious pizza!
I wish we had a location in Sonoma County!

Olive oil (sauce sub), Miyokos vegan mozzarella cheese, spinach, olives, chicken, & bacon.
My sensitivities are dairy, onion, & garlic. This pizza gave me no symptoms/ IBS episodes.
