Reviews
The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed, making it a great spot to eat in. Everything feels inviting and easy, which keeps us coming back again and again.
I only wish there was a Pizza My Heart on the other side of Dublin where I live—but honestly, it’s so good that we’ll gladly make the drive for that yummy goodness! And I have to say it loud and clear: their garlic breadsticks are AMAZING
We got 1 pepperoni pizza and 1 pizza with white sauce and sausage. The pepperoni pizza was the only pizza that was “OK”.
Photo 1 — you can see they made a cheese pizza with white sauce and then threw a tiny amount of sausage on the top at the end when they realized they made a mistake. They also cut the pizza horribly.
Photos 2-7 — the replacement pizza (***we told them red sauce instead of white for it***), which was just as terrible as the first one, only in a different way!!! The bottom of the pizza was completely undercooked and caked in flour. I had to flip over each individual slice to wipe all the flour off. Disgusting. You can also see the top of the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way either.
There was one staff member who was generally helpful for the replacement pizza. But all the employees were whispering to each other saying they gave our initial pizza to someone else…then they gave us 2 pizzas (the initial and then the replacement) they knew were poorly made anyways. The group working there last night was clueless and disconnected.
My favorite part — they have 1 conveyor belt oven and 3 or 4 other ovens…BUT, they only use the 3 or 4 other HUGE ovens to re-heat tiny pizza slices….Absolutely ridiculous and makes 0 sense. It just causes all their front house employees to run around like chickens with their heads cut off and it delays all the whole pizzas being cooked…
FYI — Whatever whole pizza(s) you’re ordering are going to be delayed because they’re simultaneously cooking whole pizzas to sell for slices only…and they only use 1 oven to do that when they have 4 or 5 total!!! Makes 0 sense.
Whoever owns/manages this business has 0 clue what they’re doing!!! You could not pay me to walk into this place again and deal with their clueless and aloof employees. None the less eat their low quality, poorly prepared pizza again.
We usually like to pickup or order delivery from other places that are 10-15 minutes away, but I figured we’d give this place a try since it was only 5 minutes away. Huge mistake I will never make again.
Not only do I NOT recommend this place, but I will actively alert friends and family to avoid this place because of how horrible the service and pizza is.
DO NOT GO HERE.
