not cooked terrible customer service chance the manager did not see to me getting a new DONE pizza instead he offered 5$ off my next order ver dissatisfied with the food and service the pizza was under cooked and the cheese wouldn’t melt even after i put it in the oven in my own home. Chef needs a bit of work especially if the “manager” is aware that customers already complain about pizza being over done.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent delivery experience. As a frequent patron of Pizza My Dear during my visits to Las Vegas, I have generally been satisfied with your service; however, this recent interaction fell significantly short of expectations.
We placed a standard delivery order via telephone, providing our address and specific delivery instructions, which were repeated back to us for verification. Subsequently, the delivery driver contacted us to inform us the order had been left in the lobby. Upon checking our location’s lobby, the order was not present. A follow-up call with the driver provided further instructions on the location of the delivery, but our search remained unsuccessful.
We contacted the restaurant again to report the situation and request a resolution, specifically assistance in locating the order or a refund. The manager on duty refused our request for a refund, stating the food had been prepared and delivered, and abruptly terminated the call.
In a subsequent call, the delivery driver was the only staff member available to speak with us, as the manager had apparently left the premises. The driver clarified that he delivered the pizza to the address given to him which was incorrect. I stressed that the error was not the fault of the driver or the customer, but rather a miscommunication during the initial order placement process.
While I understand that the food was prepared and left the restaurant, the fact remains that we never received our order and are currently out of pocket by $66.
I would have hoped we could have found a mutually agreeable resolution to this matter.

This is my second time in a month getting pizza from here. My cousin introduced this place to me and I absolutely love it. The food is amazing! I would give it 10 stars if I could. Great menu.. many options for everyone. I got the garlic cheese bread and Chicago pizza and it was heavenly! Great service.. very friendly and fast.

“NY style pizza” is not NY style pizza. Seems more like it was a frozen pizza that they just cooked real quick. Service was okay, they’re nice. No pizza by the slice, you gotta get a “personal” pizza. The pizza is just not that good. Considering the price and taste, you might as well just get Dominos.
