I ordered a lasagna from pizza masters (Bayonne location ) hugh mistake. What I received was a tray full of sauce 1 layer of lasagna noodle barely no cheese, definitely was not a layered up lasagna. In Addition the sauce tasted old, barely any meat. I shared 1/2 of it and they felt the same. As I started reading their reviews and came across one that even found a roach in their food. beware of this place. It seems they are gross. I am not sure if they are affiliated but the Pizza Masters in jersey city is excellent. DO NOT order lasagna from here their cook does know how to make it.

Wow, what a great place it was, to get some slices from. Had a plain slice, pepperoni knot, and a grandma slice, which was not the grandma slice I’m used to, but it was a great version. This food was definitely created by masters.

Prompt service and the food came out quickly. The Chicken Orzo was delightful. However the Shrimp Parm sandwich was lacking. The taste was there but the shrimp were not. It was nice to quench our thirst with a cool beer. So, on the next visit we will try something different.

Delicious pizza, fast service, and unbeatable prices. Pizza Masters is a humble neighborhood establishment serving up slices that can compete with the heavyweights – Scarrs, Joe’s, and Roberta’s. The pizza had a great char and aromatic sauce. Incredibly cheesy! The pepperoni rolls were a showstopper (and heart-stopper) — the acidity from the marinara perfectly cuts through the gooey, scalding mozzarella.
The Sicilian slice was not the best. Very doughy with powdery cheese — similar to Domino’s. Stick to the classic thin slices. The cheesecake was disappointing as well: sandy, gritty, and not very sweet or rich. It’s Pizza Masters, not Cheesecake Factory.
Two slices, two root beers, and a slice of cheesecake only came out to $13 total!

I have been a longtime customer of Bayonne Pizza Master. Today, I ordered my regular meal: the chicken shells and broccoli in the clear sauce. As I was eating my food, I noticed a roach. I am completely disgusted and horrified they have ruined this for me. The manager was very apologetic and I was given a refund. Tbh is not even about the money or a free meal voucher is about the principal. Customers put their trust in you, why should we worry about finding pests in our food ? It’s basic food safety. I am so grossed out.

Pizza Masters is one of our regular go-to spots in Bayonne. My wife and I order takeout at least once or twice a month, and we’ve also used them for catering for years. The food is always on point.
The focaccia sandwiches are amazing—especially the grilled chicken with smoked mozzarella and pesto mayo. We also love the shrimp fra diavolo, broccoli rabe, penne vodka, and eggplant rollatini. Everything is consistently fresh and delicious.
Always reliable, always good. A true local favorite.

I’m completely done with pizza master. This was literally the last time I’ll ever order from them again. They really don’t care anymore how they make things. I’m tired of wasting my money. I asked for a fried chicken slice and this is what I was given. Just threw the chicken on top of it. They used to bake it in with it or something. All the chicken fell right off as soon as I tried to take it out of the box. I quit calling them because I’d rather just not ever order again than be one of those customers who have to make complaints all the time. Clearly they don’t care.

I ordered a meatball with extra cheese to be delivered to my home and I was not disappointed. Great customer service over the phone and my delivery driver was so nice. My food is fresh, hot and delicious. I said 4 cause I feel the meatballs could be a little better. They are very good but obviously when its not your own its never as good right. Only 1 very small complaint, my sandwich was not cut lol but no biggie, I cut it.
