I been eating from here for a few year’s now. The food for the most part was good. Recently for about the last few months my food has either been not fully cooked or missing things out of my order. It’s ok. Because they normally fix it. Just sad i have to wait longer. Today was my breaking point. Idk if it’s the staff that’s working there or management. I have been calling since 7:30 they close at 9. Weather is fine. But i called for an hour off my phone, my wife’s phone, and app phone, a neighbor’s phone, multiple times. About 10 times from each number. Someone is up there answering the phone and actually hanging up. I never delt with this from anywhere else. Where a business is actually answering and just hanging up in your face. This is insanity. The best thing to do is say we are not taking no more orders, or we ran out of things, to busy atm, closing soon, something. But to pick up and continue to hang up from multiple different numbers, is disrespectful, insanity, very unprofessional. I’m not eating from here anymore. And it’s not because the food. The food is fine for the most part. But the disrespect is where i draw the line. And i never had a problem here besides what i mentioned. So as of right now. I will not be eating there until new employees or management something change.

We have had food from this restaurant numerous times..staff was always friendly. Food was always perfect. I was highly disappointed today with both. Our wings were cold. My pizza wasnt even made when I got there and the young man was rude and seemed annoyed to have to make it. I have worked in the food industry for 20 plus years. If he would have at least acknowledged his mistake and apologized I would have had no issue with the sub par food. Very disappointed

Business hours are extremely misleading they say close at 9 but obviously stop answering the phone 8pm , I even had someone answer me and my husbands call just to hang up on multiple occasions. Need better employees that actually care on providing the services they are offering
