The food was ok. The service coulda been better and friendlier. They charge for ranch?.. that makes no sense. And ever time we went for a refill or salad we felt like we were being watched. my wife got spoiled veggies in her salad. Gross! I highly doubt we’ll ever step foot in there again. Ick!

I love this location and the lunch special is unbeatable at $12.99 for an individual pizza, salad bar, and drink. The young lady at the counter is always nice and the food is always fresh. The salad bar has a wide variety of toppings and the pizza very tasty. I also like the lighting and the music they play.

I do not get it. Maybe you need to be from Ventura county to understand the appeal but this place is not good. Also they are super weird about their ranch. I’ve never heard of having to pay extra for ranch at a salad bar. Just bazaar. The ingredients are not high quality and the price is way too high for the level of them. I’ve had PMD’s two times so I think that’s a pretty fair chance…they severely disappointed both times. The pizza tastes like bad cafeteria pizza, the dough isn’t good, the salad bar is just weird…it’s a no from me.

Ordered a pizza tonight and we were told 45 minutes, called after an hour was told 5 minutes, called 20 minutes later and we were told a FEW more minutes. It’s been over 90 minutes for a small pizza and wings. Cannot believe the service and when I called they were not concerned.

Great customer service and the pizza is good and the service is outstanding. You might get a wandering almost person in there every now and then, but they get rid of them quickly.

I ordered at 10:30am February 14. I got there at 11:30am. They young man had trouble understanding I was picking up a pizza after I repeated my pick up order 4 times. They had not made the pizza yet. He said it will be 5 min. They have me the wrong pizza at 11:50am. I ordered a heart shaped pizza with olives and light sauce. After I saw the order was wrong I didn’t want to fight it and have them remake it because they had already made me late. The pizza barely fills the box. For $21.54 this is ridiculous because it’s so thin and and they got the order wrong. I’m never ordering from here again. I ordered specifically from this location because it’s the best of all locations because they cook and make the pizza correctly. But not today.

First, I gotta ask, how much do yall pay people to leave a good review? I cannot believe that with the food I was just served and with the way this restaurant was operating that a review of over 1 star would be posted honestly.
I didn’t have any issues with the staff personally, the atmosphere was friendly, but as far as family friendly, very much so, your kids just might see a waitress or cook doing a line behind a room divider next to your booth is all.

Don’t waste your money or your time, I’m not being unreasonable as I say this, I paid $29.95 (with a coupon for $2.00 off) for 2 calzones, Canadian bacon and mozzarella on one, Italian sausage and mozzarella on the other, we also ordered the garlic cheesy bread (all of which looked amazing online). The food took about 15-25 minutes to get to us, which actually we had to pick up at the counter and it was .. in the nicest way to put it, trash. If I would’ve known that Pizza Man Dan’s purchased their ingredients at the 99 Cent store next door, I would have just got a 7-Eleven Pizza and saved myself the disappointment. The garlic cheesy bread is literally just French bread, sliced in half with too much mozzarella cheese caked on top and not enough garlic powder sprinkled (possibly) somewhere underneath. The calzones, wow. First off. When I think calzone, I think of a Pizza (sauce,toppings and cheese) folded in half basically, we were served melts! A thin layer of canadian bacon (looked like lunch meat) with again way to much mozzarella cheese in one and the one with Italian sausage had maybe 8 tiny chunks of sausage and an over abundance of cheese as well. NO MARINARA, except for the side of it that came with each calzone and it was colder than the soda!
Best part of the entire place? They have good ranch.

3rd time I’ve ordered from this location. Very disappointing. 1st and 2nd order were wrong. This time my order was correct however my pizza dough was not even cooked through. Completely raw and inedible. Definitely will not be ordering from this company again. They clearly do not train their staff properly to execute orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
