One year ago: Best pizza in town. Veggie pizza was delicious and I don’t normally like veggie pizza . I’ll be eating more from Pizza man.
Update:12/18/23 I heard they got new owners so I went and bought a veggie pizza which I’ve posted a picture. They were a little light on the toppings but not the cheese. Which I like and enjoy cheese, but it didn’t hold to the thin crust and slid off. The crust was flavorless and not really any crunch for the middle parts. Definitely will skip going here until reviews gets better. But I will say they were very polite and friendly people. I wish them the best.

Pizza was delicious. I love the feel of the small town pizza place that it has. The 2 people I saw working was very friendly and was quick on taking my order and getting food out. I know I wasn’t the easiest people to get orders from but they where very nice. Thank you for an enjoyable experience! I will try to come and order more in the future.

I am from out of town and this place has exceptional pizza. Freshness of ingredients, preparation, execution, service; I would give this place a 10. I’ve made pizzas for 3 years, ate them for longer lol, and consider myself a connoisseur; and this is a top 5. Dear chef, congrats, thoroughly Impressive! There were 3 young people working and attentive when I came in during the slow hours 3-4, no customers. This shows the owner cares about good service and helping his employees stay on the clock. Awesome recipe, meticulously prepared and served well.

Service was one of the worst ever. Fountain drink machine out of order had to pour our own drinks from a 2 liter bottle. Had to ask for our cups and plates . After ordering and eating we noticed on board we could have gotten the special which would have been two more salads but less breadsticks for almost half of the price. Pizza was brought out and waitress sat at cash register. The cook came out and cleaned the items left by other customers. We met a family of 6 and each pizza was brought out one at a time. Decided we will not visit again

The food itself is good, but one worker has entirely ruined this place for me. I believe her name was Gretchen. I heard her accusing a kid of stealing money from the register one day. The kid didn’t even get to say their side before she just said that it better not happen again and walked away. That’s why the turnover rate is so high…people like that push them away. I prefer to spend my money at places that don’t treat their employees like that because I can only imagine how they’d treat me if I had an issue of my own. This doesn’t even count the 3 times I heard her complaining about customers after they had left. I’m sure if she likes you, you’re gold. If not, you’re a problem.

Been here once. Staff super friendly. Their homemade chili was super good but the salad buffet was not fresh and appeared to be unsafe to eat from. (Discolored salad and toppings-not sure the salad bar was kept cold enough.) Please address your salad bar issue.

Pizza was hot and fresh. Salad was clean and well stocked. Smaller than some of the other ones. Kinda strange atmosphere with no music. Definitely would eat there again.

The subs we ordered were not cooked thru. Only ones they’re and every bight tasted like raw dough. Nasty! No ice, but eggs on salad bar were frozen. Out of 8 sodas only 4 work. Will not be back!

Before the new owner took over ! this was the best place in town to eat … but now it’s the worst. Haven’t been there for awhile Ordered a pizza and went to pick it up and the lady said they didn’t have a order for me . Won’t be back !!

Do not go for dinner. Went in to get the 8″ pizza and salad specials but was informed she was just getting ready to close the salad bar for the night, this was 6:45 prime dinner time for most working people. It’s a good thing there are other pizza restaurants in Newton who want business.
