Finally had a chance to go here. We wanted to get only one pizza so we opted for the Drunken Meatball. I cannot say it is the best pizza I have had because different styles are all amazing. This is a unique style and I love it. The sauce was amazing, the ricotta cheese was so delicious and their meatballs were tremendous. What I loved was the crust – it had some chew and some tug; there was a little bit of char on the outside and the bottom. The meatballs were delicious and that sauce! The vodka sauce was perfect. I would have thought I would have missed the standard cheese on a pizza but the ricotta was super good.
I placed my order on their website and it was easy; I was able to pay using my Apple Pay, which was a plus. We arrived and it was ready but we stood talking to the men in the shop and they were so kind. They asked us questions about us when they learned we had, recently, moved here. You will not find a more personable greeting anywhere.

Easily one of the best in Pittsburgh. First time I’ve ordered here and I was amazed by the pizza and how the place operates. I ordered online, they said 1 hr 51 minutes and the pizza was ready in 1 hr 48 minutes. They keep your order in a warming oven which i haven’t seen elsewhere. The pizza is great, the dough has a ton of flavor and leaves other pizzas tasting bland.

I’m in my early 40s, I’ve tried many different pizza places. This is one of the goats! Do yourself a favor and get a Large (a must if you want the best version of any legit pizza place). This is the Vodka Pie.

Pizza was really good! Staff was very friendly as well. Its a little pricey, but its expected in Lawrenceville. Id recommend the vodka over the normal sauce.

I have driven by every day to and from work, finally looked it up and saw the great reviews. I have eaten here 3 times in the past month. I think this is the best pizza I’ve had in Pittsburgh. So far, the vodka pizza is my favorite! No where to sit inside which is why I gave atmosphere a 3/5. Otherwise, the pizza is delicious!

My biggest regret is not coming hear earlier, and coming right before moving to NYC.
It is the only pizza in Pittsburgh that comes close to an actual high quality NY slice, I have tried every recommended/high rated pizza over the years in PGH. PGH has its own style, and there are good places for that – but if you want a slice that is accurate to an amazing slice in NY, it’s here. They do it right. That’s just based off of getting a cheese pizza too.

We stopped here after visiting the zoo. We searched for the best reviews around and it brought us here. The website said the “restaurant hours” so I thought there was a place to sit down. There was not. It’s an order and go place, which I also do not mind. The prices were a little steep but the size of the pizza was fair for the price. The crust was crispy and yummy and I loved the sauce. I’d definitely it again

This is truly some of the best pizza that I have ever eaten. The crust was crispy and firm on the bottom but soft when bitten into. The sauce and cheese was excellent. I am only sad that I don’t live close enough to eat here regularly.
