Wanted some pizza while here in NOLA, so I walked over to Pizza Luna. The pizza here is really good, real toppings (and they give you plenty of them on your pizza), the crust is absolutely delicious as well. The service here was not good, it took 10 minutes before a waiter even stopped at my table to take my order. I ordered everything at once just because I wasn’t sure if any would stop again (glad I did because that was next to the last time I would receive any further service). After I finished my food, I waited another 20 minutes before my waiter came back to check on me. The food here is good, but I would strongly recommend getting it to go.

Very good pizza spot. The service was wonderful and the waitress was very nice. The cheesy bread and pepperoni Luna rolls were delicious! The chicken Parm sandwich was also great. The garlic chicken pizza was a little bland imo, but still good. Overall a great pizza spot in the CBD of New Orleans.

We just arrived to the city from the airport and wanted a quick light lunch.
This place was great suited for the idea.
The ‘all meat’ pizza was nice.
Nice atmosphere, light music. Affordable prices.
Friendly staff.
-1* for no soap in the restroom.

Oh my goodness, this place is delicious! Everything we had was so good. Caesar salad , garlic chicken pizza & sausage calzone. Servers were very attentive & nice. I’d eat here everyday if I had one by me! We ate here twice on our two day trip to New Orleans.

I had the most wonderful experience coming across this restaurant as I was walking down the street. I am visiting from out of town but if I were living here this would be a regular spot for me. I started with a Caesar salad that I thought was exceptional and those are some of the best croutons I have ever had. Then the small on me pizza came and then I had my first reservation about this place because although the ingredients were delicious the pizza was undercooked.. one of the servers not only asked how everything was and I told her that and she explained to me how the dough is prepared fresh daily. So they offered to reheat it for another 5 minutes and if it was perfect. I think there were some secret ingredients in that dough because the flavor was spectacular. Mallory and Candace gave exceptional service. Unbelievably friendly and hospitable. I loved the decor and the exposed brick wall. A very intimate setting wonderfully enjoyable.

Well my first time trying this place. The pizza gets an A! Disappointing that the spinach calzone and spinach pizza roll are made with canned spinach. It’s hard to find food with fresh veggies in NOLA. Also frustrating when I buy food to go, get home and it’s overcooked/ burned. I should’ve asked for dressing on the side for my Caesar salad because the lettuce was super soggy from being drowned in dressing. Also the marinara sauce was watered down.

This place set a new standard for pizza. The pizza dough has so much flavor and perfect texture. The cheese is exactly what I wanted it to be. The crust has the best crunch without being dry or hard.

10/10 pizza. Even through Mardi Gras chaos they still delivered top notch quality.

Only wish the ranch was as good as the pizza.

Luna Pizza was recommended by my hotel staff while I was there on a business trip. The pizza and cheesy bread were amazing!! The service was great (Raven was SO helpful) and super fast. Will definitely be back when I’m in New Orleans. Highly recommend!

We were just passing through New Orleans for the night and needed something quick and tasty for dinner — Pizza Luna did not disappoint! We ordered three small gluten-free pizzas (Hawaiian, Quattro, and Buffalo Chicken), cheese fries, and everything was packed with flavor.

The Buffalo Chicken pizza was the highlight — the amount of buffalo sauce was perfect (not too overwhelming, just enough to give it that kick), and paired with the ranch? Absolutely delicious! The toppings on all the pizzas were generous, and we really appreciated the gluten-free crust options without compromising on taste.

The cheese fries were golden and melty — great to share.

Service was quick, everything was still hot when we got back to our hotel, and the staff made pickup easy. Whether you’re local or just visiting like us, Pizza Luna is a solid stop for comfort food with flavor. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in town!

We ate here twice during a great week in Nola at the end of December. First time we ate in and had a great time with a wonderful waitress and ordered their Philly pizza without green peppers size Large for $21. It was delicious and cooked perfectly. The crust, the combination of toppings with the perfect cheese on top really made it stand out as an incredible pizza worthy of a higher price tag. The second time was not so good as we decided to get carry out since this place was very close to our hotel and we just wanted to eat in our room after a busy tiring day in wonderful Nola. I went in to order in person and tired to order the same pizza but had some guy at the register tell me I couldn’t order a Philly pizza without green peppers because it was pre-made toppings together. I told him I knew this wasn’t true because we had just ordered one and ate it two nights before. He again tried to tell me I couldn’t get it that way a few times and I told him again I had already had it and then he asked to me to wait while he checked in the back. He went back to where they cook the food for a minute and when he came back he said they could do it. So I’m not sure if the guy was confused or didn’t know how to ring it in or what was going on or just didn’t want to do anything special on the order, but I def didn’t like that he didn’t take my order and get it done like the waitress a couple nights before. When the pizza came out it was prepared correctly so the people in the kitchen got the order right again. $2 for a soda. Small extra surcharge for using a credit card. The pizza was delicious enough to bring me back in next time I’m in Nola, but I’ll def keep and eye out for that guy and avoid him in the future. The place was pretty busy both times I was there with people also sitting out in sidewalk seating.
