Pizza Luce was an amazing dining experience, with just a few minor hiccups. The service was a bit slow, but once the food arrived, it was well worth the wait. The delicious taste of the dishes made up for the slight delay.

Genuinely unbelievable experience. I had no expectations. I travel for work so i have to make pretty specific choices on where i eat, if i’d like to go out. This was a home run. Parking is easy, seating is easy, the food.. the PIZZA, was fantastic. Get one with Mushrooms, or sausage, or both!!! Local beer was great, it was just the whole nine yards. 5/5 i WILL be back here if i’m back in the city.

This is a nice location that is easy to get to. They have a wonderful menu. There are good vegetarian and vegan options as well. However, when I’ve gone into the store, the staff usually seem kind of upset or out of it. The service is still pretty good though. I did have an issue with raw pizza dough on my last order however. But most of the time the food has been incredible. Also I can’t recommend the artichoke dip enough, it is truly exceptional.

The service is generally good and the staff are friendly, but this location consistently gets the orders incorrect both for deliveries and for dining in the restaurant. They’re consistently inconsistent. Something about the procedures, training, and communication requires improvement. This isn’t a new problem, and I generally avoid this location, but it’s a convenient spot so my family always decides to meet here. I didn’t plan to leave a review, but this morning I received incorrect orders twice in row… The first mistake I chalked up to a miscommunication. It happens. They were kind enough to make another pizza with the correct topping for no additional cost. They left the first pizza behind, and I watched my other family members eat while I waited for the second pizza. It finally arrived, but with the wrong sauce. It wasn’t even busy… My wife and I had to leave and there wasn’t enough time to ask for another fix so we left without saying anything. For the first pizza, the server said, “Well at least you got a whole pizza for free.” I don’t want a free pizza with a topping I don’t like in place of the topping I wanted and a second pizza with the wrong sauce. I want to eat what I ordered along with my family…

Good pizza and beer selection. They usually have some solid rotating craft beers on tap. Food is good quality but fairly limited menu. Overall a really nice place for happy hour.

Came here for Lunch. we had a group of 7 but despite that all the food came out hot and in a timely manner. Our waitress was prompt and quick to refill the water or drink glasses. She took our order from memory and mixed up some of our drinks so we were a little worried when she did the same with our food order but everything came out accurate. the spinach artichoke dip was pretty tasty and the garlic cheesy bread was good too. I had the bear pizza….a classic meaty masterpiece. i will likely come back again.

First timer and I will be back. Finding good gluten free stuff in a sit down restaurant can be a challenge but Pizza Luce absolutely NAILED IT. The bruschetta was so good I had to ask the waitstaff if the bread was actually gluten free. It tasted and felt like conventional bread. I am so impressed. I don’t know which bakery supplies their crust and bread but I wish every restaurant had this level of quality.

Just tried The Bear pizza. It was yummy. The place was hopping and lots of customers so that was a good sign. The place is buzzing and the bartender was great. Service at the table slowed a little bit but the gal was busy.

I came here with my family (4 people) and we ordered 5 different things to split between us. We were stuffed by the end of the meal and enjoyed every bite. They do gluten free very well and my non gluten free family members agree. The staff allowed dishes to stack up on our table although they checked in regularly. The place seemed understaffed on a Sunday afternoon.
