It’s pretty small so you can’t sit down and eat your pizza but to be honest who eats their pizza in the pizza place. Staff is usually kind and polite, their pizza is bomb, always order it whenever I want to eat pizza with my family. Dare I say it’s better than Dominos yes, yes I do. Wings are also bomb, overall one of my favorite place to get pizza from. (⁎˃ᴗ˂⁎)

My grandkids birthday. i bought her a pizza i asked for ham and cheez im telling you this people use the least possible toppings they can and boy do they know how to charge a good price for a pizza. now if you asked me what number will this pizza fall from 1-10 i say 3 or 4 just to be nice. their pizza is not that great. we spent so much money in one pizza if i called dominos which is down the street i would have gotten 4 pizzas for the same amount with different toppings.
i asked for half cheese and half ham. there is almost no ham and the cheese disappeared. i will not recommend this place unless you really want to waste your money.

Trying to put a order, the lady with hearing problems couldn’t be able to ring me up, literally yelling my order and still she said, I can hear you, another lady step in because the first one just walked away without taking my order, the second lady with no hearing problems ring me up with no problems, I would never be back, you want to support your local business, but for kind of people like that that seems to hate their job. I can already see this place won’t make it longer…

Ordered online 60$, they were closed, they closed early without notice but still removed the money from my account. I called and spoke with the manager and she didn’t wanna help me at all and sent me directly to make my Bank figure it out, I called the bank and they said Puzza Loca has the capacity and capability to reverse the transaction and asked me why they wouldn’t, I went back to the store in person this time and they refused to help me cancel the transaction and refund my money. So now I have to call the bank again to dispute the transaction. I think it’s disrespectful and ridiculous they were to lazy to do their job and refund my money that every business is very capable of doing!

I have ordered over 100 pizzas for school fundraisers and I have always had a positive experience. The staff were respectful, courteous, and friendly. The order was correct. They honored their sales. They delivered promptly. Overall, I have only had good experiences with my orders. I am grateful for their service during all my organization’s fundraisers.
