Social Profile:

Just a couple local boys were having a chat over a pint of craft beer @ Project Barley Brewery. As they kept talking they realized that they would love to have a pizza. One said to the other “Let’s build one! If we build it they will come”. Joe and Brent quickly began the planning and building and opened the doors for business in July of 2021. Come enjoy one of our handmade pizzas, fresh salads, wings, sandwiches or munchies. Pair any of these delicious items with one of the award winning craft beers from Project Barley. Locally owned and operated, the local community is our lifeblood. It is our goal to deliver the best in quality, consistency and value. Come see what we are all about. #supportlocalbusiness #supportlocalbeer #supportlocalmu

I had a wonderful experience here. I had miscounted my change and came back to give Zane a piece of my mind. He calmly explained what had happened and helped me come to understand the situation in a way that left me feeling grateful and a little embarrassed. Zane is a true professional and destined for great things.

And the pizza was also great!

We love the NY style pizza here sometimes we just get it delivered to our house (free delivery) on the website but we also love hanging out here. My friend came with her dog and was going to listen to the band from just outside to keep the doggie out but they welcomed her in and she got to join us at the table inside! They have wine too not just craft beers. It’s smaller, feels cozy and they have different events daily. Line dance lessons on Fridays are a great way to meet fun people and get exercise. Everyone is so nice- a little older crowd… not sure why but the younger crowds don’t seem to go out much, maybe they don’t have the money after all the living expenses/ rent food gas phone bills… I’m almost 60 hanging out with friends in their 50s-70s and feel we’re younger at heart than the 20s-40s… where do they hang out? Only online???

One of my favorite places in the South Bay for a slice. Excellent pizza, great variety of beer selection, and outstanding service. All of the bars under the Project Barley belt are worth visiting!

I was craving pizza and wanted to try a new spot. I found Pizza Kraft in Lomita. I ordered an order ahead of time online. When it said it was ready, I pulled in and parked. There is a small parking lot in the back. I went in and walked up to the counter. I waited for about 10 minutes until I was finally acknowledged. During my visit, two guys were working and I know they saw me standing there. After 10 mins, one of them finally spoke and said we will be right with you. After another 5 mins, he asked what can I get you. I told him I placed an online order and it said it was ready. He asked for my name and said the pizza is just about to come out. However, as I was watching them, my pizza was ready and was in the hot oven already in the box, they just forgot to make my macaroni cheese balls. So I watched them quickly throw them in the fryer. Finally, my order was ready.

When I went home, the pizza seemed like it was sitting in the hot oven for awhile and just didn’t taste the freshest. The macaroni balls we’re disgusting! They were not cooked all the way and we’re just terrible. They were unbeatable and I just threw them all away.

I won’t be coming back. I can cross this spot off my list.

The pizza is a South Bay gem! The staff was friendly and the brewery is incredible, what a combo, Pizza, Beer and Music. Love this place!

Pizza Kraft is hands down serving the best pizza in the South Bay! The crust, the toppings—everything was just perfect. Paired with an icy cold beer from the bar, it hit the spot in the best way.

We also tried the wings, and they were incredible—crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. We’ll definitely be back for more. A must-try if you’re in the area!

Pizza wasn’t that bad. I personally like the chard taste of pizza. My kids on the other hand would not eat it. I have to admit there were a few slices that were even too burnt for my taste. (Some of the bottoms were completely burnt) the main down fall of Pizza Kraft is their amount of cheese was not to my expectations on a pizza. If the sauce shows through the pizza then I’d have to say they were skimping on the cheese.

Not good pizza and the dough has an odd smell and aftertaste. My all meat pizza looked nothing like the same pizza shown in another recent review so maybe there’s an inconsistency issue but overall I didn’t get the ‘fresh made’ feeling and needed processing time overnight. Marinara sauce on the side had no flavor and tasted like tomato paste and the ranch was alright. For a $40 pizza I thought I was gonna get something great especially because of some of the other stellar reviews but in the South Bay I think people’s taste buds may have died. Im running back to La Bella Napoli, and I honestly would have preferred Costco Pizza.

The brewery is a vibe the pizza however, is terrible. Tastes like cardboard, topping were bland. Ordered fries, too, they were unsalted. Not worth the big price, sadly.
