We had a great experience with the takeout options at this location. The other store isn’t open on Mondays, so here we went. We couldn’t tell a difference between the two locations with our order, and we were happy with the flavor and presentation.

Been eating Pizza King forever but the last 2 orders I got were not correct and really slow. Took over an hour after ordering tonight and got the wrong pizza. Called back 3 or 4 times and never reached anybody. Ordered meat lovers and kings delights but got a buds special instead of the longs delight. Half the family ate Ramen Noodles as they dont like the meat lovers.

That is the most disgusting pizza I have ever tasted in my life. My dog can make a better pizza. I asked for a half sausage half cheese they gave me. I don’t know what it was. Did not taste like sausage on the one side but no cheese on it and the cheese that was on the other side. It was like five times the amount of cheese. Please don’t go here. It’s absolutely disgusting, disgusting, disgusting.

Today I ordering a lg everything on it pizza. It was over the top good! It was fresh, it was filled with all the topping I asked for. Taste so very good that I wanted to share. The service was spot on and I didn’t have to wail it was ready in the time they gave me.

The pizza disappoints me. I have been in east texas all my life. I worked for the family that started the business. The last few attempts to order food from this establishment has beent frustrating at best and overall i dont think i am going to go back.
1. Online ordering is troublesome. Its 2025, the process is still like a beta testing phase from the late 1990s. I would expect better today. In fact i do expect better. So should you.
2. Quality. Its just not like it used to be. The pizzas are ok, but not like they were. The 14 inch pizzas are smaller than 14″ they fit loose un the box and they were not cut all the way through.
3. Portions. Like i said. I grew up eating here with my family. I also worked for the owners at the hwy 80 location. The pizzas i got were small, skimpy on meat, skimpy on cheese and sauce and still more expensive than competitive pizza resturants. Hal would not approve.
4. Continued disappointment. Ive been back a few times thinking the bad experience was goingnto be an isolated event. Sadly it was not. Every time has been bad. Overpriced, sparse toppings and a crappy web based ordering has left a permanent bad taste in my mouth. Even if you guys fix the issues, i wont find out because i am never coming back.

Thought we would give this location another try because we’re big fans of Pizza King since the 80’s.
Food was delivered on time and in good shape.
Price for 14″ pepperoni, mushroom & black olive with their delivery fee and $5.00 tip was $31 and change. That’s high for one pizza, but the convenience was worth it for us on this night, if the pizza met our expectations.
The toppings were excellent.
The crust was terrible again.
This is the second time we’ve ordered from here and we couldn’t eat it due to the poor quality of the crust. It’s really that bad.
They say it’s the same as it was before the buyout but it’s not. They either changed the crust or whomever is preparing it doesn’t know what they’re doing.
We scraped the toppings off and put them in a bowl to use with something else later.
The crust went in the trash.
This review is not meant to be malicious.

I had to pay a surcharge to order online with ChowNow on their website… I spent over $100 on the order and waited 30 minutes just to be told that the order failed and they never made it. Kind of ridiculous to be charged about $10 for online ordering just for it to fail and wait over an hour for my pizza… figure it out. I’m sure you sling enough pizza to afford to have a proper website. I’ve never had an issue with the online ordering prior to this- the girl could see what I ordered? Please let me know if it failed how she was able to view it? Was it just not checked and made? Genuinely asking cause idk how it works.

Ordered thru the Pizza King app. Waited the 45 minutes the app told us it would be only to be told it would be another 30 minutes when we got there. Tried to cancel order, no option in Pizza King app. Girl at location told us had to be done thru ChowNow app. Downloaded that and found option to cancel and it refers to the store phone number. So clearly somebody can cancel but weren’t able to for us. Won’t order here again.
