IF YOU KNOW REAL PIZZA KING, DO NOT GO HERE. Confused on how this place can even use the pizza king name!? Absolutely not. They gave me bottled ranch the breadsticks are like frozen grocery store sticks, cheese dip was cold. Pizza crust way too thick and greasy.

Pizza price went up by 60% was just $11.45 not long ago for a 1 topping now it like $18+ . Worst part is it wasnt even that good, soggy crust. Loved getting the pizza but probably wont ever order a pizza from there again. Not for the price they are charging now. Payed $36.00 for 2 pizzas. And we didn’t even finish one. Had to throw it in the oven to get a crispy crust . Sad it was my favorite pizza

my favorite pizza place. i go there every week pretty much. for the first time ever i think, something was wrong. very friendly the first time i was there, very rude and short when i called about it. said i could bring it back, was told “i don’t really care.” was told i had to be there before close because “we want to go home.” okay, i get there 3 minutes later. i bring the pizza to show them, they told me there was nothing wrong. super condescending. another guy shows up, his order is wrong too. she rolls her eyes and says she’ll fix it. i waited inside and could hear her complaining while she closed. she pulled it out, asked if it was okay and i left.
lo and behold, this one’s right. but they were the same pizza?? no.
i get wanting to go home when it’s time to close. i work in restaurants too. however, sometimes that doesn’t work out. anyone in food service can tell you that. that’s the job. not to mention that the reason they were staying later than they wanted was because they messed up the orders.
i love this place, and will be coming back still. but that was honestly pretty rude. didnt appreciate it.

We went in tonight and experienced the worst service ever!!!! The women on the phone was rude and short, the same energy was given when we went and picked up the pizza. I work in customer service, I am a sever, it is not that hard to be kind and give service.

Been going to the Marion Pizza Kings all my life. They have went down hill fast. Hours are short. No lunch time hours at all. Opens at like 4:45 or 5 or 5:30. I think they open when someone wants to show up and open the door. Time on the door for opening is far from correct. On top of all of this they DON’T take gift cards. Pizza King gift cards. They don’t take them. I’m done with Marion’s Pizza King.

I used to live in Marion and moved to Tennessee 32 years ago. I recently went to Marion and ordered 5 large pizzas and 5 ham and cheese subs partially baked so I could freeze them and take them with me to Tennessee. I went to the Pizza King on North Baldwin, asked and paid for the order in order to have them ready before they closed….WOW this team was amazing. When I arrived, the pizzas were coming out of the partial bake and being prepared for transport…I can’t thank this team enough they are awesome. Thank you again for your quick work.
