We ordered food and it took 1.5 hours to get delivered. We have used this service before with this restaurant but never have we waited this long. If they are having trouble with deliveries then might hire another. I’m not sure if it is the same owners as when they opened at current location but needs addressed please

I ordered a pizza, breadsticks and a sandwich online tonight through the pizza king website for delivery. It never took me to the door dash website to tell me it would be door dash. Door dash left with only the pizza and i was contacted to let me know. When door dash arrived they told me this was all they were given for the order for Megan. They were not willing to go back and get my order. I called to let pizza king staff know this and they said they woukd try to figure this out that they have never had deliveries like this before and didnt know they were even doing this type if deliveries tonight. They said “we will try to get u the rest if your food or a refund for that portion”. My husband called them back and talked to a manager whi said that we orderd it on door dash’s website (which is not how i ordered it). I really just wanted my food to be delivered that i was missing. Instead the manager hung up on my husband and now i dont have half my food and i have no idea if i am even getting a refund? He was calm while talking with the manager and was hung up on.

Their Pizzas are great, favorite is the taco pizza picture shown. (Don’t mind the pieces missing that was me.) I do think they are a bit pricey why I didn’t give 5 stars, just my opinion.

The Deluxe pizza was wonderful! Maybe one of the best ones we’ve had out there! Also, the breadsticks were just perfectly done. No question we will be back out there again. How about a mushroom pizza?

Ordered a submarine sandwich at 5:05, will be ready in 20-25 minutes, picked up at 5:35. Brought it home and it was burnt on the sides, had very little meat on it was almost like just a cheese sandwich I couldn’t even eat a fourth of it. I have worked all day and am to tired to take it back! I shouldn’t have to. Doesn’t anyone respect their job enough to do a good job!!!

We stopped in for dinner around 7pm this evening. The young woman who took our order was cheerful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the shuffleboard table for a few minutes, and then our garlic cheese bread arrived. Yum!! Our large deluxe pizza came shortly after, and it was perfect. The veggies were fresh, the crust was crisp where it should be, and it wasn’t greasy like many thin crust pizzas can be. We were well taken care of the entire time. Refills were offered and prompt. We will definitely be stopping back in. Probably with our grandkids!

I ordered online through their website. The wait time was approximately an hour. When received our food 2 hours later!!! I can understand it’s a busy Friday night, BUT really it takes less an 20 minutes to make a salad, bread sticks and small pizza.. Very disappointed in paying more than $45 for a 2 hour pizza delivery.

I’m in Crawfordsville for a short time. I noticed that there was a Pizza King, and looked up their menu. To my surprise, this is the same chain of Pizza Kings that are in the Evansville area! Different menu than the Indy locations, and so much better! I ordered a strom, and it’s just like the ones in Evansville! They don’t serve them in Indy! If you haven’t had a Pizza King strom, you must try one!

The food all tastes like cheese. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich, it had 2 very thin slices of ham and an inch of cheese. I got charged a 5 dollar delivery charge and come to find out the drivers get 4 dollars of each delivery. So Pizza King is lying to it’s customers and that is something I won’t support! Pizzas are bad to because you only put enough sauce on them so that it dries into the crust and you can’t taste it. Whole place has gone down hill and I am done with them.
