This isn’t the 1st or 2nd time this has happened at this location!
We always ask for extra sauce because the pizza is so much better the 2nd day! This pizza was (AGAIN) dry with lots of bubbles in it (4 big ones- 2 showing in the pictures). All 4 of the bread sticks were over cooked. I don’t dare call and complain because their manager (unless new) gets mean and rude. I’m only asking what I pay for! This is dinner for the family and over $45.00+. I think I will return to Bluffton Rd Pizza King or Columbia City! It’s worth the few extra min’s of drive time! Do better Pizza King, Illinois Rd, DO BETTER!

They need a bigger size gluten free pizza crust. It is way too small. I ordered online and arrived early to pick up my pizza. It felt cold when I got there. I had to warm it up in the oven when I got home. I paid for extra toppings and this pizza was over $20. I feel like it was way overpriced for how small it was. They also forgot the ranch I asked for on top. The toppings did taste really fresh and “real” which was very good and I enjoyed it AFTER doing and adding everything I needed to. It just would’ve been nice if they could have followed directions. Cooked it at the right time, added the extra toppings I paid for, and added ranch on top.

Went with pizza king vs Marcos and they messed up our order pretty good. After calling I ordered online because it was easier. They forgot a few toppings on the veggie pizza that I paid extra for and also made the worst Hawaiian pizza (have to custom make it that’s why I called) I’ve had. It had maybe 2-3 pieces of ham , maybe a chunk of pineapple, 2 strains of cheese, and about a gallon of bbq sauce (see pic). Very dissatisfied

We just moved back to Fort Wayne after 31 years away. Stopped in to see if Pizza King was like it was in High School. Even better!!! We were greeted today by Gail who was also our server and cashier. She. Was. Awesome. To say the least. She brewed the best sweet tea!!! Very friendly. We will be back! Thank you!!!

While I can count on a good pizza from Pizza King, I can’t count on a good pizza from the Illinois Rd store. The last four pizzas (over the last 2.5 months)were ordered with extra cheese and they all look like the one attached to this review. This particular pizza was ordered with sausage, mushroom on half and pepperoni on 1/2. I received: pepperoni on 100% along with some onion, hardly any sausage or mushroom, and certainly, not NO extra cheese. I debated about ordering this pizza from Illinois Rd. No more. I’ll go to The State St or the Bluffton Rd store for the next order. Those pizzas are night and day difference from what is pictured here.

The pizza is acceptable but it appeared they took all of the toppings for the supreme put them in a blender and reduced them to a grainy topping. Nothing was identifiable.

Clean, efficient ordering process, friendly staff and hot food. Pizza had plenty of toppings and was flavorful. Breadsticks were steaming hot and had lots of flavor.
