We went back to Pizza King for a special treat. Pizza King has priced itself out of the regular pizza choices. We ordered a large 16″ pepperoni pizza and it cost over $28.00. For the money, you would think they would take the time and care to make sure the entire pizza was good and well made. Ours was not! Some parts were really good with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Some only had sauce and cheese with NO pepperoni to be found. Some with either no sauce or no cheese. So of the large 16″ pizza it was a really good 12″-13″ pizza. The rest was just sauce or cheese covered crust. Not what we expected for what we paid! Sorry, Pizza King, you have now been removed as a choice when we are thinking it is a pizza night!

Came in and placed an ordered at 6:23 to go and received my order at 7:09 got my order. I was with someone else that ordered before me. My food was placed on a warmer while they made his order as they forgot to make his order. Got back to work and the 2 pizzas I ordered are cold!!! No cheese and the 3 orders of breadsticks are hard and cold . $48.49 gone wasted money!!! Horrible service!!!! Need new management and staff. Won’t return. So disappointing ate there several time and went down hill!!!! Would give 0 stars

I’m not sure what happened tonight, my online order (12″ pizza and one breadstick order) and pickup seemed uneventful and I tipped almost 15% on a pickup order but when I got home, I had this. I’m so disappointed. We were looking forward to enjoying Saturday night pizza with the kids and decided to make a stop at pizza king and order a pizza. Well after placing the order, I noticed behind the counter the female with purple /burgundy hair, who was preparing our pizza, was first texting on her phone. Secondly, she never washed her hands, and the last straw for me was that she started coughing while preparing our pizza. Here is the thing… good hygiene shows professionalism and attention to detail, and it builds trust with the customers. It also demonstrates that you care about customers and you take pride in your buisness. NEVER EVER will I return again! This is now flu/everything else season and someone coughing over your food or in the area of your food is just plain unacceptable. Too many bad experiences for me. We politely refused the pizza and left the establishment.

We grew up with Pizza King and love it! Now that we live near McCordsville, we feel lucky that this one is close and does an exceptional job. Christina and her crew take pride in serving a pizza with the right amount of ingredients that are evenly distributed and baked just right. They always look and taste great! The atmosphere is friendly and the service is above and beyond. We feel welcomed and well taken care of. Looking forward to our next visit! Our favorite pizzas are Royal Feast and Pepperoni with onions and BBQ Sauce.

Store #89 is the most fantastic Pizza King!! The staff know be by name (it’s almost like “Norm!” when I come in!). The food is always tasty. The store is clean and inviting. The conversation is great! Whoever is working the tables does a great job of checking on me at just the right intervals! I grew up on Pizza King with my hometown of Anderson and continued when I went to Ball State University for college. Store #89 is my favorite!!
