I hope this message is seen by the owner. I ordered the Saturday triple deal today. 1 chiken mayo(extra cheese), 1 Hawaiian (extra pine) and 1 peri peri. Instead of that I received the wrong order. So I didn’t get for what I paid and my wife can’t eat spicy and I received a very spicy pizza. My wife couldn’t eat not even my kids. So, why did I order food? For nothing?? I didn’t get for what I paid. Sir/madam(owner) what kind of service is this? Nor my wife or my kids got to eat for a pizza I paid Rs904. I’m very disappointed and it’s the second time they did that. Please do something about this! Changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. I came back and explained my problem to MR. Kuna(the manager) Thanks to him am a happy customer and I’ll continue to come eat and invite everyone I know to come eat at pizza inn grand baie. Thank you MR. Kuna for your help, you definitely deserve a raise. Thank you so very much for understanding.

So I ordered a pizza when I came to the outlet they told me 5 minutes your order is ready, I placed the order from phone it took me 10 minutes to arrive even and when I asked the pizza is ready because already 15 minutes more was gone there was a staff she smiles at me and says yes sir we just put it into the oven I said then why even u told me it’s ready in 5 minsshe smiles again this shows what level of service pizza inn is giving in it’s grand baie outlet they don’t even respect the time and their words even.
And this so called staff which smiling and giving me all the time fake words that your is ready her name is MEGHA
SORRY BUT A VERY POOR LEVEL OF SERVICE PROVIDED BY HER.
I GOT MY PIZZA AFTER WAITING FOR 30 MINS IN THE OUTLET AND 20 MINS BEFORE THE ORDER WAS PLACED AND IT WAS ONLY ONE PIZZA ORDER.
NON SERIOUS STAFF.
AND THERE WAS NOT EVEN BIG TRAFFIC FOR PIZZA ORDERS
THEN ALSO JUST BCOZ OF HER CASUAL ATTITUDE AND SERVICE I HAD TO WAIT THIS LONG.

We wanted to try something new and came across pizza inn. Many people say good things about this place. We tried the Mega pizza at 690rs and it was pretty big. The food itself was great. I am not a fan of minced chicken so that was the downside when I ordered half Jalapeno Garlic Chicken. It was pretty spicy too.

We were invited. The Pizza Inn Grand Beie are wildly popular by local people. We ordered a pizza peri-peri, a local pizza’s version. I wouldn’t say, that the pizza was top quality, but it was good. Although for my taste a little less dough would have given the pizza more quality.

The pizza quality is amazing from the fresh prepared dough for the bases to the gooey cheesy mozzarella. Really professional staff, they can make 100 pizzas to order in 1 hour. Pricing is affordable with a regular pizza at Rs130 and many weekly specials.
