Walked in & I was greeted casually right away. We sat down & drink orders were taken & we were directed to the buffet & told it’s pricing. Staff behind the counter was great at clarifying what items were if they were not recognized via recipes change as it is a buffet… All of it was very good, I don’t think there was not anything we didn’t like. Refills are brought, we had a 20% off coupon from our hotels room key, which we saw the advertisement on it. Once the bill came out was only $8 per person!! Absolutely not we not even using this coupon whatsoever! Y’all DESERVE to raise your prices, but y’all gotta do what you gotta do… Location traffic was good, plenty of parking ect ect… Wish we could say we’d be back but we are just passing through on way to final destination.

The day we visited they were severely understaffed. We sat with salads and no forks for a long time. At one point there were only a few pizza types available and no dessert pizzas. The arcade games were fun and the space was clean and accommodating. The veterans discount made it very affordable. I’d go again, but next time I’d prepare to wait longer for fresh pizzas.

My wife and I stopped for a late lunch at the Pizza Inn in West Plains, Missouri today, and it was a genuinely pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and professional. The food was exactly as it should be—hot items hot, cold items cold. The restaurant was clean, and we were even asked if there was anything we’d like that wasn’t already on the buffet. That kind of attentiveness is rare and appreciated.

Looks so nice in there. Lots of arcade games for the kids and lots of pizza, just no flavor whatsoever in said pizza. Ordered out and got my pizza, looked great but literally tasted like nothing at all. The crust and dough were the worst part. Cheese was okay and toppings tasted like something at least.
I don’t know if it was just the thin style, but I will never eat her again only because of the horrible gastrointestinal issues I had from that pizza. Honestly, for $25 I think that I could’ve gotten a few frozen pizzas with some nice toppings and not had these issues. Do not think I’ll be visiting again.

Pizza was fresh, hot, and had amazing variety. Service was good.
Kaitlyn was very friendly and stopped back couple more times to see if we needed anything.
The pizza buffet was full even with 10 people waiting to fill their plates.
This establishment was full of customers and yet was also handling to go orders as well.
Hard to pick favorite pizza, but enjoyed a chicken buffalo wing , Mexican, supreme, ham Hawaiian, and a black olive. All were thin crusted.
Dessert pizza was okay, missing the crumble toppings.
Salad bar was basic but good.
Parking spaces are tight, but plentiful.
It was an all around good evening out place.
I Did Not witness any of the negative aspects listed by other reviewers. With that said, waited a month for the place to get up and running well.
Spoke to manager upon finishing dinner. They had no issues with me taking photos, or looking around some.
Checkout was fast, even with a defective pay screen device.
I rate it a much more enjoyable meal than a whopper or big mac at the same price range.

If your idea of the perfect pizza crust is an unsalted saltine taste and texture, you’ll like this place. And I know people who do like that kind of crust. Unfortunately I am not one of them. The pizzas on the buffet did not have much in the way of sauce or cheese. They tasted okay but could have been so much better. The salad bar is fairly nice. The buffet also has some other things like fettuccine alfredo, riblets, miniature corn dogs and some stuff that would appeal to kids perhaps. The restaurant is very clean and they did keep plenty of pizzas on the buffet. It was okay but I probably won’t be going back. For my taste there are simply better pizzas in town.

went in this past sunday. food was fine, but the service was awful. the server spilled a tray of a bunch of drinks twice; once at the table behind us, then right beside my table, which got all over me. the employee who cleaned it up soaked the floors with this dirty-looking water and kept talking about employee protocols to the customers. the floor was soaked beyond being able to walk on it without slipping easily, our drinks took forever, and the server never apologized. and as i was paying, the woman who rang me up said she should’ve discounted the meal after my card already went through, and i said it was all right just because i wanted to leave.

For the price the food was good. There weren’t that many children there today, but they were we quite loud for the few that were there. The staff was always busy cleaning and cooking. I had been to other Pizza Inns before with more buffet and not so much pizza. I guess that’s what I expected. When it comes down to it there were too many children there for me.
