Customer Service Done Right
My daughter and I came through the drive-thru today and Chris provided truly excellent service. He was friendly, patient, and helpful from the start. While we waited, he asked if we needed any complimentary drinks (which was such a nice touch). I explained I wanted a pizza that wasn’t too thin or too thick, and he described the menu perfectly and suggested the New York-style extra large. The pizza was absolutely delicious, honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Chris deserves recognition for his customer service. We’ll be back!

Good pizza place in Paducah! The buffet has a lot to offer, different varieties of pizza, some pasta, and a dessert bar of sweet pizzas. No wait on a Monday afternoon (11am), but it was pretty full.

Always a great experience here. I always attack the salad bar first. Their salad bar is always fresh and their in house made ranch dressing is so good. The service is always nice and attentive. The only negative I have to say is parking can be a pain if you go during busy hours but other than that, they’re an awesome place to go if you want a good full meal. Plus they send out coupons every so often for $5 off 2 adult buffets which we like to take advantage of. Great for date nights. 🙂

We get together to eat here a few times a year. The pizza is always good and the dessert bar is awesome! I was talking to my son and said I thought they used to make a Reese’s dessert pizza but I didn’t see any. Low and behind a lady who worked there said, I overheard you say something about the Reese’s pizza so I requested one for you.

At 12 noon the lunch crowd showed up in droves. The line was out the door but when else can you truly see how the staff performs? It didn’t take a few minutes before we were seated.Plenty of pizzas were being laid out in the buffet. Different varieties, both in dinner pizza and dessert pizza’s. The pasta buffet is nice and hot. The pepperoni and cheese wraps are fantastic. The salad bar was clean and has a huge variety of vegetables, dressings and fixings. The staff was friendly and efficient. And the place is very clean. Wednesday is senior day and the cost is only 8.99 with drink included. My child ate for 7.99 and thought the food is excellent. Altogether I feel the pizza inn deserves five stars. I highly recommend your u try this place if you like pizza.

This was the first time we had been to the Pizza Inn. It was an experience, Wed.is senior all you can eat for $8.99 day. We aren’t big eaters and don’t usually eat at Buffets. However it was very crowded and people seemed to be enjoying their meals. Amy was our waitress and she was excellent.

This had to have been the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. I went in by myself and had the buffet. Absolutely no wait time and my server was very pleasant and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious from the fresh ingredient salad to the cheesy and hot pizza! Even the dessert was super delicious! My server Sandra was very attentive and sweet! I never needed to wait for a drink refill and she even offered to put in a pizza request for me which also turned out so amazing! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning soon!!

Went with family and friends on a Sunday for lunch, lovely waitress and hostess, we were a party of 5 and got a single check,(which is fine, we figured we could separate it later) went up to the front to try and separate what we got there, lady at the cash register was very disoriented, and got more agitated when we didn’t want to have everybody on the same check. And took an overall attitude whenever we were asking for her to separate my parents food from me and my partners.Me and my friends have had issues with this employee in the past not being able to assist us with ordering a pizza to go later aswell. Hope to see she gets the training she needs!
