Great place. Staff was friendly. Food was pretty good. Wide selection of pizza. Salad bar And desert pizza. With pasta, tator rounds and even pigs in a blanket. The employees shirts were awesome, Cute and positive sayings on them. ( would have loved to buy 1 but didnt see any for sale) Played Christian music , ( awesome). The decor on the wall was hilarious. The manager ( maybe owner, not sure) looked extremely professional and worked just as hard if not harder the the staff. ( I was very impressed).. You could definitely tell everyone cared about the place and what they do there.. and for a buffet, I was shocked at the price. Extremely affordable. ( 2 buffets and 2 drinks, under $34.00) I live 8 hours away from this location, but will definitely make it a staple location stop when passing through again.

Because we were traveling we happened to end up here on Valentine’s Day. It was very busy but the manager and staff handled it like it was just another Saturday night. The staff was excellent. They were constantly cleaning, refilling the salad bar, wiping down tables, sweeping the floor, and obviously putting out pizzas.
Everything was excellent. I was extremely impressed at how well run this Pizza Inn was. I’m assuming it was the manager who was sitting everyone and he was extremely attentive and keeping an eye on everything.

My husband has been eating here since he was a kid, and it’s still one of his favorite places! He and the teenagers got the buffet as usual. I have Celiac, so I was very pleasantly surprised today to have lots of options for myself! Apparently the owner has a family member with celiac, so the owner and staff truly understand how to safely prepare a GF pizza for someone with celiac! There isn’t a menu, per se, but they can tell you which of their sauces and toppings and GF and you can take it from there! I obviously could not eat from the buffet, but my chicken bacon ranch pizza on a GF crust was EXCELLENT! This is probably the best GF crust I’ve had. Even my teenagers said the crust was “perfectly fluffy” and the pizza was delicious. Usually when they try my GF option, I get comments like “mom, I feel so sorry for you.” I cannot stress enough what a great experience we had across the board today! Hopefully we will be back soon!

Highly recommend, best pizza buffet I’ve been to in East Tennessee so far! Great food, hot and fresh, lots of options (unique options too). Clean and nice decor. Great service, very friendly management, servers and cooks. Good price ($12.55 adult lunch buffet) that includes a salad bar, spaghetti, penne alfredo pasta, and lots of pizzas and dessert pizzas. Will definitely be back!

Wide variety of options. Pizza bar, salad bar, pasta bar, and soup selections. All the pizza is fresh. If they don’t have what you want you can ask them to make one. The salad bar is fresh with numerous options. Pizza Inn is far better than CiCi’s pizza. Our waitress was very friendly and kept our drinks filled and gave us to go drinks.

Pizza Inn has been a favorite places to get pizza for 50+ years! This location has excellent quality control even thru delivery services. Owners are seemingly super folks. Buffet can get kind of crazy when everyone is hungry but the staff keeps the food coming. Dine In is very family friendly. Upscale Italian it’s not but ingredient list can’t be beat. Whether you’re going in, taking out or getting delivery ~ it never disappoints.

I can’t say enough good about this place. When my youngest told me about it I thought it was novelty. A pizza buffet, nah that can’t be good. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Their Pep Rally is one of my favorite pizzas ever, but everything I’ve had there is great. The customer service is great too. I’ve only picked up and never sat there to eat so I can’t speak on that but every time I pick up they are friendly and make sure you see the pizza and are satisfied before you leave. This is a rare 5 stars for me. Great job Pizza Inn.

They run this place like the navy. There is no separation of church and pizza at this establishment, but I’m telling you to ignore your secular ideals to offer your patronage to this buffet. Pizza is HOT, FRESH, AND DELICIOUS, the service is FRIENDLY AND FAMILIAR, and everyone working here is on top of making sure it’s a hygienic place to eat.
