Reviewing America
Just watched three cooks grab ingredients with their hands with no gloves throw the stuff on the pizza then rub their eyes and grab more while one rubbed his nose then put his hand in the ingredients bowl and put it on another pizza whipped his hands on his butt and grab more ingredients for the next pizza. No gloves on anyone but the person taking my money. I got two pizzas. One was burned and couldn’t be eaten… one wasn’t cooked.. and half of the chocolate chips wernt on the pizza. We tried to eat the one but couldn’t after a bite.

The food was good and tonight they kept the bar stocked which is sometimes hit and miss. Our waitress was friendly and kept the drinks filled. After all that happened at checkout I feel guilty, I didn’t leave a tip because I forgot to go back to the table with cash. I plan to bring money by this week. I used a 2 adult buffet coupon and was told I could not use another coupon for my kids. That was completely fine (after I went to the table and read fine print) it says only one coupon per transaction. The issue, the problem, the absolute power trip manager. My parents were trying to use a free buffet for one of their grandchildren along with the senior discount. He would not allow this because in his words “we were trying to beat the system” (5$)
. The child in question was an almost 5 year old that weighs 29 lbs with a lime sized brain tumor and a genetic hormone disorder who ate one pack of crackers and one slice of pizza. He also said he is responsible for printing all coupons for pizza inn which I find unbelievable. I keep reading all of his responses to these reviews and instead of apologizing and just moving forward he does exactly what he did tonight. Just wouldn’t stop and could never be in the wrong. Going as far and saying he’s trying to train his staff better. (His staff was patient and kind) Also to note a senior discount is a discount not a coupon.

We’ve been stopping by here for many years. They have a great salad buffet plus the pizza, desert spaghetti and more buffet style too. There’s not too many places left where you can eat all you want for less than ten dollars per person. We’ll probably keep stopping here for lunch as long as they have the buffet lunch.

My husband and I ordered dinner from this establishment. When he got there to pick it up he realized he forgot his wallet and we were going to come back and a sweet young lady name Josie said she wanted to pay. We wanted to give her money but she said no. Such a Kind thing caring person and we will return the pay it forward chain. We were having a not so good night and God came through someone else’s heart. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts Josie.

I came in with the family, and like most places, they were packed. They would put out a pizza and it’d be gone with a line still up at the buffet. The salad bar was dry with barely any toppings up. The garlic knots were hard and barely edible; every pizza that came out were specialty pizza, and there was hardly any pasta. It wasn’t until we had been there for about 40 minutes that the bar started staying full, but by then, the crowd had left, and I wasn’t in the mood to eat any longer. As a food service worker myself I can understand being understaffed or overwhelmed. However, when your business is feeding people, especially if you offer free anything, expect to be busy. It had been about 5 or 6 years since we had been here and it will probably be another 5 or 6 years til we return after Tuesday night. The servers were awesome, though, and the employees were super nice. But I didn’t go there to socialize I went to eat. Having kids makes going out hard and having buffets with hardly any food makes it that much harder. Maybe we’ll go on a day when they aren’t packed but having a family of 7 maybe not.

Overpriced. Food is good but too greasy at times. Lower the prices and I would eat here more often.

I ordered a ham Stromboli and this is what I received. It is advertised as having additional toppings and there was only a minimal amount of ham and cheese on a folded over pizza crust. No marinara on the side like described or requested. I called the store and they told me “that’s how we make them here.” I was looking forward to trying this place. Very disappointed.
