Let’s just start by saying I’ve ate gas station food and this my friends, taste nothing like food you would be able to get in a gas station! It may be in a gas station but they have their own little area with seats and everything. The Pizza and Wings are super good and I LOVE I only have to drive 5 minutes to go get it. They even deliver (within a certain radius) as well. Thank you for coming to Vale Pizza Inn!

The young Indian guy running the place is so sweet and attentive. I lov d seeing him interact kindly with non-english speaking customers. It made my heart happy. The food was so good! We enjoyed the pizza and Philly cheese sandwiches the most. Didn’t care for the wings.

We have been ordering pizza for a long time and have always been satisfied. However we ordered a pepperoni pizza large, and a chicken fajita Pizza large and they were the worst two pizzas that we have ever gotten from your company. on the pepperoni pizza the greese ran off like water. The chicken fajita pizza was just as bad, I’m not sure what happened. They were almost to the point of not serving them for our dinner that night and yes this was a Christmas dinner with our family while we were opening presents. there totally unsatisfied with the two large pizzas that we received. I’ve ordered delivery from this location several times and the food has always been good, the service has been quick, and the driver has been very courteous. For the amount of food you get, the price is nice too! I would recommend for anyone in the area and will be ordering again in the future. The thin crust here is awesome.

Since we moved out here we have ordered from this location about 10x. Of all the delivery estimate times, none have ever been longer than they said. In fact they’re usually much quicker. My order has always been correct and the delivery driver is always friendly. This is the furthest thing from gas station pizza. I didn’t think we’d have anyone to deliver to us and I’m so grateful we do for times when I’m just too busy or tired to cook

Pizza is awesome, but the service isn’t the greatest and the atmosphere isn’t so great either. Some of the employees are very rude and even the owner was very rude to me. Accused me of calling in food and never coming to pick it up. I tried to tell him it wasn’t me, that he was thinking of someone else. But no he insisted that it was me. When it wasn’t. Need to get your facts straight before you accuse anyone.

This location has so many issues. I order from them because they are the only delivery place in my area, but half the time you can’t get a delivery!
They either have the delivery turned off on the webstite so you have to call in for a delivery order, and when you do, they upcharge every menu item. It is always more expensive when you call in vs ordering online. When you tell them that, they refuse to change it and you are stuck with the more expensive price.
Or, they will have the delivery turned on when you visit the website. You will complete your order and then the time it supposed to arrive, they call and say they have no delivery drivers and then the REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY. This has happened to me twice. They told me I had to go online and cancel my order, but there is no option to do that and there is no customer service phone number for their headquarters.

The pizza is ok. The chicken is either over cooked or under cooked. The prices advertised are subject to a 100% change depending on the day. The best part of this place is the delivery guy. I will order pizza only from here again, only because I have no other option

Went back a couple days later and ordered the same thing, told the guy they charged me last time and forgot to put them on. No sorry about that or nothing…..the owner is rude as hell! And the place looks disgusting!
