Lack of any management who knows how to run a restaurant!!! Waitresses are more concerned with their cell phones than waiting on customers!!!! Last time I ever spend my $$$ here. Not to mention called 8x to try & place order on the phone & when I pulled up to order their were no phone orders coming in. I had tried to order from the parking lot but when I went inside I saw dysfunction at its highest level. I don’t know why they don’t just close this joint until they can get new management and/or competent employees!!!!!

This is a Pizza Inn we visit then we are passing through Henderson. It’s a nice older place and the staff is always friendly. The Saturday night we were there there was only 1 waitress. Part of the place was closed off because of that. The young lady working did a great job of managing the room. We always enjoy the pizza there.

The Henderson, NC Pizza Inn used to be a great place to get buffet pizza. But no longer is that the case. They are subject to not be open and when they are open their hours vary from day to day, currently it is 4pm-8pm. But that changes from day to day. Today, we walked in at 7:05pm and the waitress said that they were closing at 7pm tonight, but I could get a pizza to go if I’d like to. I asked her why the website stated they were open until 9:30pm and she stated that corporate controlled the website. She said the best thing to do is call before coming to see if they are open. The pizza buffet is great when you can catch them open, however to avoid disappointment, you may want to just eat somewhere else and skip Pizza Inn altogether so we don’t inconvenience their staff! 05JUN22.

I used to love coming here, but it has really gone downhill. They clearly can’t find help. Just like so many eateries and restaurants that managed to survive the pandemic and, now, can’t find the necessary workers that enable customers to have a good experience. So, I don’t really blame them. I probably won’t go back.

Love the Fire station vibe. Salad was okay, basically no buffet for pizza they had 3 pizzas with 2 or 3 slices on it and they were cold. I feel like it would be better during rush. My mom enjoyed the soup though. Staff seemed depressed working there ♀️

Very disappointed! Always could come here and had a great experience! Came today and had to get up from the table and go to the window and ask that drinks be brought to our table after already eating a plate of food. Pizza was cold like it had been refrigerated and then put on the buffet bar. Dessert pizza had been out for a while, was hard and crusty. Sat at table for at least 40 minutes and never even came to the table for drink refills!!! Last time here unfortunately!

My job had our Christmas dinner there and their pizza,spaghetti was pretty good.Only problem was that,if you know that a large group has reserved a spot for a celebration. What happened to all the pizza,mind you that you have people coming in for lunch etc.,feel the supply in a buffet pizza establishment could have been better. Think that I sampled two different types of pizza and as much as I love tossed salad, it was a no for me due to a lot of the lettuce being brown.Their spaghetti were real good.Perhaps there was a personnel shortage on this day which is understandable.

I used to love eating here. Went there today and the server brought us our drinks and nothing else. 2 pizzas on the bar for a Buffett. They asked if I had any special request. I said a buffet. I’m the type who likes a variety. Pep cheese chicken taco pizza. All they had on the bar was a supreme and a pep sausage and mushroom. And that’s what they continued to bring out. Bring Jaimie back. The pizza bar should stay full.
