I thought I’d visit this place and order in the store. The staff were very friendly, attentive and polite. I ordered a deep pan with pepperoni, jalapeños, black olives and mixed peppers. I was not disappointed. The pizza was terrific. Sometimes doing the old school pick up and collect is best. This pizza certainly took me back to memories of that classic Pizza Hut bread smell and flavour. This was a cheeky treat but certainly worth it. Very reasonable price as well. See the photo!

The pepperoni pizza was just drenched in oil. There was so much it was laughable.
And it was okay. Better when reheated in an air-fryer. But in this area I’m sure there are better alternatives. Been here two times and both times I was left feeling whelmed.
The first time I ordered a gluten-free pizza but that was restricted to medium size only. There was no large pizza. And the actual pizza was a square, not a circle. Not sure what that’s about.
Yeah it’s technically cheaper than the other big pizza companies but there’s a reason. Low price = low effort.

I’ve had to stop ordering from here after they’re pizzas are consistently swimming in oil. Look at the box, it’s soaked through, and has been like this for nearly a year.
They also never pick up the phones to avoid people calling up and complaining.

Delivery arrived within 20 minutes and was still hot. Pizzas tasted good and the garlic bread with cheese was amazing.
Update 9/23- pizza tasted good but was cut very unevenly and the cheese was going all over the place. The garlic bread was also overdone and they forgot the garlic dip with the wedges.
6/24- pizza took more than one hour to be delivered which is not acceptable. It was impressively warm though!

Okay, let me start by saying I’ve been holding off on writing this review for a long time, but today my patience with this Pizza Hut has curtailed.
It’s imperative to also note that I am a big fan of Pizza Hut.
However, this branch has been treading on thin ice ever since I started ordering with them two years ago. And on the several occasions I have ordered with them, the pizza has always been AWFUL – Undercooked, uneven base, lack of sauce, lazy with topping distribution… and I could go on. But I won’t, and I won’t order from here again.

I wish there was zero star review because I would surely want to give zero star. I have ordered a collection and ordered half Beef and half vegetarian pizza.
1) The pizza was not cut properly I have to cut it by myself.
2) The beef sizzler is suppose to be on half side but it was covering almost all of the pizza which shows poor making of the pizza.
3) I spent £20 on a pizza which I cant even eat it as I wanted to have vegetarian side.
4) Upon calling them back for making a complain they refuse to accept it was their mistake and told they cant do anything about that which indicates poor service.
5) I asked for head office number to make a official complaint but the lady refused first and then the phone was handed over to the manager who told me that the head office number can be provided by big manager. I am not sure who they meant by big manager.
Anyways, I would not recommend this Pizza hut to anyone interms of service, quality and the making of the pizzaa especially if you vegetarian.Thank you

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with the delivery service from the Pizza Hut Northwood. It consistently falls short of expectations, leading to unnecessary inconvenience.
Whether it’s late arrivals or food that’s cold upon delivery, there seems to be a recurring issue with the managment and their attention to detail. This level of service is simply not what you’d expect from Pizza Hut.
