Fast, but I’d like my food to be made like it’s supposed to be… breadsticks that might as well be hockey pucks and nothing on them… and of course they don’t answer the phone.

Ordered a personal pan pizza and the three taco supreme meal with a mango tea. I was told it would take 10 minutes for the pizza to be ready & to go wait in the front and they would bring my pizza out to me asap.
So… I parked in the front and waited… and waited… at the 10 min mark another vehicle pulled up was waiting also. At 15 minutes they carried out my pizza and gave it the the other vehicle. Then went back in and brought out their correct order.
Then at 20 minutes waiting another car pulled up and a few moments later they brought out their food. I then asked the young man, what had happened to my order? He said don’t worry that wasn’t your pizza. It’s still on the way.
Mind you the restaurant lobby is closed due to the Covid 19 restrictions, the doors are locked and the drive though has a constant line. It is always a little busy. I was trying to be patient.
At 30 minutes however… I was done. I go get into the drive through line and ask for my refund. Of course they have to put it back on my card and it won’t post right away… There were no apologies either. The entire experience was such a waste of time and completely ridiculous.

Excellent option for quick pizza or breadstick fix. They only cell personal pan pizzas – no thin crust. They also only cell three varieties: chese, pepperoni or combo. The breadstickd are always very fresh and they come with a side of red sauce. Sauce us small so I always ask for two sauces per order. This is a pizza hut taco bell combo – so you can order from both menus on the same ticket even through the drive through.

I ordered my food for my family,they put it all in one bag,so it was full. Got home they forgot half of my order,went back and not even an apology. To top it off went home after that to finally eat I ordered two spicy tostada’s and they were missing the spice( no sauce).

Very dirty. Waited over 20 minutes. Food was horrible. Bathrooms nasty. Employees were laughing amd chatting loudly with us customers begging for service. Many people took their food back and asked for the correct food. I mean its taco bell… Didn’t expect exceptional anything… But it was bad!
