I orders wings online with the wing Wednesday deal doesn’t say nothing about promotion no longer going on it literally says wing Wednesday blasted on the home page wife was kind enough to pick up while I was just arriving from work got home too only 6 wings I was wanting twelve but it was wing Wednesday thinking I was going to get 12 for the price one 6 wife again was kind enough to go back and ask for the other wings they said they don’t do that anymore that was only with the small wing in the promotion say any wings so in long story short not only did they ignore my wife after she ask about it and didn’t get our other wing because at this point it’s false advertisement Pizza Hut a big company they should be responsible enough take down advertisements if they are no longer running them I place this as not only wrong but very illegal

We used to love this location but it has gone so downhill in the past month we won’t be ordering from them every again.
I attempted to order last week and the delivery time changed from 40 minutes to 80 minutes. I did call and speak with a manager who apologized and refunded my order.
Today we placed an order and received an email that it would arrive at 1:35pm, it is now 2:30pm and I just got a text that the delivery will be made by Doordash but will take ANOTHER 20 minutes. I have tried calling the store 4 times and was hung up on each time and I also tried calling customer service who attempted to connect me with the store and was again hung up on.

Used to really enjoy pizza hut, but now it’s a joke. Every time I order it puts my delivery time as 3+ hours out, and now I have close to 400 points that I can’t use because my local store ‘doesn’t honor this coupon’. It’s not a coupon, it’s points I’ve earned by giving them my loyalty as a customer and now, I’m taking it elsewhere.

If I had an option to put no starts I would. I called to ask about the pizza hut express and the guy who picked up was very rude and assumed that I was prank calling. I told him I wasn’t pranking calling and I hung up. I then called again to speak with the manager and the same person answered claiming it was the manager. He was very rude and condescending I’m professional And cussed at me. He said that it was taco bell. I explained that Google didn’t say taco bell. It said pizza hut express. I was very super with the situation. He Mocked me and again was very unwilling to Cooperate. Never again will I try to go or order from here again.

The cashier and manager were very nice. The employee handling my order, walked passed the finished items twice, the manager told her my order was ready, she replied “I know” took fever to wrap it up. After all that the food was tasteless.

At 1am at 4/22/18. We had called to see what time they would be closing. I man answered very Rudely and condescending to us saying that this was a prank call we try to explain to him that this was not a prank call and that we just wanted to order pizza he ended up mocking us and telling us that they were closed we ended up calling again to speak to the manager as he claims that he was the manager and we try to explain to him that Google is saying this with a Pizza Hut express he didn’t mark this again and told us that this was Taco Bell we explained that that is not what Google was telling us but again he was unprofessional and was not willing to cooperate with us.

Staff was friendly. Ordered the Cheesy Bites Pizza. It was okay. Not what I expected. Wasn’t what it looked like in the ads. Cheese in the bites is all melted out. I won’t order it again.
