Last night we ordered pizza from this location for the first time in a long time (delivery & service issues). I put in an app order for two of the $7 deal lovers items. I realized I was going to have more people for dinner so I called and asked if I could add another $7 pizza to my order. The lady (I think Tiffany) said that it wouldn’t ring up at the $7 price. Not sure why this wouldn’t work, so I found a coupon for 12.99 and gave it to her. I wanted pan so it was an extra $2. I sent my son to pick up the order at 630, 40 minutes after I called. They told him one of the pizzas was made wrong so they had to remake it, and he had to wait 25 minutes for it. While he was waiting I called to see what was going on and the guy told me that they forgot a topping so they remade it. I appreciated that and he was nice, but there wasn’t much apology or anything offered for the mistake or wait time. My son had to pay while he was there as the lady (Tiffany) said I never paid. It was on my bank account but then refunded for some reason. My son knew one of the employees from school so they were saying hi. Tiffany proceeded to yell at her employee and then told my son “Don’t talk to my employees” in a rude manner. The medium pizza turned out right, after being remade, but the large was hand crust, not pan, like I paid for. So both pizzas in the end were wrong and the lady was rude to my son, so not sure we will be returning anytime soon. Didn’t even bother calling.

We ordered a deal that was supposed to have 2 pizzas, cheesy bread, and a 2 liter of soda. We never got the soda. Then, when trying to contact the restaurant, I was sent to an 800 number that never actually assisted us with fixing the issue. It just kept disconnecting.
