If I can give no stars I would. Ordered food is app. After delivery I did not receive one item. After calling the physical store I opted to have them deliver the missing item in question. WRONG MOVE
Unbeknownst to me They used my info to place an order for the missing item thru the DoorDash platform (who we know mark the prices of in store items). And when the DoorDash driver told me I had to pay.
I called the store immediately and they said they’d refund me the $6 for the item I already paid for and never got. When the DoorDash bill was nearly $15.
That phone call with PAOLA did not go anywhere. I got stuck paying that bill. And since April 17, 2024 I have been contacting the store AND corporate and no one has returned my calls.
Beware with delivery from this location and beware with all pizza huts. If this is how they choose to run their business I will not be doing business with them. It’s almost two month and still No money back no apology no nothing. I paid for one item twice essentially l.
Worst service ever. They lost a customer in me.

We have come to enjoy Pizza Hut. Especially the cheese stuffed crust option. We tried the new Pepperoni Melt. Extremely disappointing. I realize that tv commercials, even menu photos are not indicative of what you’re going to receive. But this item was extremely dry, puff pastry, crumbly, dry. The cheese was not discernible and it was sparse pepperoni. Maybe it was a new preparer, but we will not be ordering this again.

This is found inside Target. It is not labeled in any way, it’s at the front in the quick kiosk section. We picked up two quick ready pizzas. Food was good. Can’t rate service or atmosphere because it’s in target.

Pizza Hut is literally across the street from the resort we are staying at.
The pizza was luke warm and the bread stick were the same and dry.

Not a good experience… 1st time in my life I have not been given my delivery order because I did not had an exact change. The Manager could have resolve this any other was. She was just unapologetic; no customer service oriented. As a supervisor this is kot how you treat customers; more than an hour waiting for nothing.

La peor atención que he tenido en delivery de Pizza, ordeno una pizza y unos brownies y cuando recibo la orden me la entregaron errada, era otra pizza y cinnamon roll (los cuales no me gustan), llamo para hacer el reclamo y me dicen que debo esperar 45min mas, pasa 1.20hrs y cuando regresan mi orden solo enviaron la pizza y los brownies NO, además me la querían volver a cobrar!!!!!!
Además de comer bastante incomoda, estoy embarazada y lo que queria era comer a tiempo y de postre brownies, comi 2 horas después de haber ordenado la comida y pasé mas de 20min en llamadas para finalmente pedir el reembolso del dinero por los brownies, ya ni ganas tenia de comerlos!!!!
