If I could leave 0 reviews I would. The concept of customer service at this place just doesn’t seem to exist. Every time is always the same experience here. I would also highlight although their hours of operation say open til 8pm, since 6:30pm they’re already closing. By the time is 7pm they refuse to help you because they’re cleaning their work space. All the lights are turned off by 7:10pm and the employees will not come out of the back, they’re just ready to leave by the time hits 8pm. Shame on you people.

Lady put herself a $3 tip before I put my card down, I noticed after I paid because the total was higher than I expected and I did not get a receipt. The experience felt like a scam. Buy anything else in the plaza not this Pizza Hut. Shift of the person who did this at 2:45 pm January 19, 2026.

I got my money back because another customer experienced the same and together we called the manager. They were blaming in on the new system. Don’t let them touch the key pad while you order something. Be safe out there people!

Fast service, great quality fresh personal pan pizza. We got the cheese pizza and it was extremely satisfying delicious cheesy soft fresh and hot. Great fast buy at a rest area and great altro other sandwich shops. Also they gave the Parmesan and chili flake packets for free vs some other pizza shops where they charge you for it.

People are TRAVELING ! How do you not have items that are on the menu. I asked can you make me some even though it’s not already pre made in the oven and with hesitation was told that they could not and did not have cheese sticks. So clearly that’s a lie. they have a whole night to go , how you don’t have items on the menu. I could not get anything else due to marinara sauce.

Horrible costumer service, the lady that was taking my order gave me the worst face expression ever , making me feel really bad , She looks angry and very frustrated. All I asked her was if they only have personal pizzas because want to make sure before I order 4 personal pizza to see if they make large ones. I walk away from her feeling disgusted by her actitud .
