I received the most mediocre service when I placed an order at 7:21 PM, and it’s 9:26 PM, and so far, I haven’t received anything. I called the restaurant to find out the status of my order, and the person told me they were going to process the order right away, meaning if I hadn’t called to find out what had happened to the order, they wouldn’t have processed it. Unfortunately, the response to all of this was “Sorry!” It’s sad that, as a person, after a work shift, you choose to buy fast food to satisfy your family’s needs, only to have to wait more than two hours… completely unacceptable.

Probably in my lifetime since the early ’80s have gotten hundreds of orders of breadsticks. These were cold and disgusting and they forgot the marinara sauce. I suggest you order elsewhere, but if you decide to come here, make sure your order is correct. Make sure all sauces are included. Pathetic
