I never write bad reviews unless it’s absolutely necessary. This pizza hut location is doing the brand a terrible disservice. Terrible customer service. No pizzas were ready for sale, although the store says it offers this. I asked the girl working if she had something coming up and she was incredibly rude and said she had nothing coming up. They weren’t even busy. I’m posting this with hopes that someone in a position of leadership reads it and comes and puts the hammer down on this crew. Pizza Hut represents great customer service and awesome pizza. This Pizza Hit? None of the above. I hope it gets fixed.

Stopped in today to pick up a pizza to eat on the road. The “always ready” rack was empty. The employee was apologetic saying that someone just bought up what they had ready. OK, I’ll chalk it up to growing pains as this place is brand new. My pizza took about 5 minutes to cook and it was served with an apology for the delay. I’ll definitely be back. 9″ Pepperoni pizza was $5.99 plus tax.

Have yet to have anybody answer the phone. 1 year in calling every so often trying to get wings . I have not spent money there. Owner is losing money and doesn’t even know it. The phone is the bread maker. But be kids not wanted to fill ordered

I don’t usually leave reviews but I can’t stand this place I call in nobody ever answers but others call and they answer I ask for a large pizza, I get a small pizza. I don’t leave tips for this kind of service and the owner is loosing a lot of money.

First time in there. Small menu. Order was slightly wrong. Ordered bone-out wings and got bone-in. Would of given 3.5 stars if I could. Otherwise, food was good as expected.

So its pizza hit but with only a very limited pizza selection….basically just cheese or pizza and one size which is a small….I would have rather picked up s few personal pans for a lower price like you get at target its pricey for the size pizza you get when 2 miles down the road you can get a med dominos pizza for less….the store is new and clean staff seem to care and customers are taken care of.
