I ordered the big box, it came on time, but wasn’t 100% correct. I notified the driver and called the manager, within 15minutes, a correction pizza was at my home. Kudos to the deliver and manager for providing world-class professionalism and service.

This store does both take out orders and deliveries. There is a sitting area here and this area was clean and well kept. The prices here are like any other Pizza Hut. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when placing your orders. They have plenty of items on their menu for you to order from.

Got the Big Dinner box and we’re super disappointed how big the crust was. It was more crust than toppings. It tasted fresh but the pizza did not come as advertised. And when we called to complain about it we were told that’s just how they come out.

Doesn’t matter if you order a scheduled delivery at 12 for 2pm, you’re still going to get it an hour and a half after that scheduled delivery time. And when you call to ask about it they’re going to be rude no matter how nice you are to them. Prepare yourselves.

Fort Lee’s Pizza Hut is ALWAYS delicious. I grew up on Pizza Hut, and this one is by far the most consistent location I have ever visited. The staff is nice, and the pizza is always prepared to perfection.

Literally the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever encountered. I spent three months on Fort Lee for TDY and every time I tried to order a delivery it was a 90 minute wait time at a minimum. Then I started ordering them hours in advance with a scheduled delivery time, and they still can’t get me my food without it being thirty minutes past. I’ve gotten the wrong order twice, cold pizza once, and every person I’ve spoken to on the phone has been completely rude and offered no help to remedy any of the situations.
