terrible customer service. stood waiting to be addressed. was ignored by one girl and when I said excuse me she passed me off to someone else with a head glance, eye roll and attitude. Next woman walks from around the back and asks how can she help. This is perplexing because I’m standing there, at the counter with food from the heater ready to pay..I say are you selling any food to which she tells me to hold on and give her a minute. If you cant properly staff the establishment, please put up a closed sign until you can hire staff that knows how to provide good customer service and acts with some care. I just put the food back and left it alone. It just so annoying. I WILL NEVER go back.

Well. I waited about 5 minutes just for employee to acknowledge I was there. I happily said. “Hi, how are you?” Her response was “hi” such a dead hi. Well long story short 10 minutes for personal pan pizza cheese. Because no pepperoni. 15 minutes for wings and 25 minutes por a pasta I said dont worry about and walked away. This lady is young was in a bad mood. The rest of customers aren’t at fault for what she is feeling. If she doesn’t like her job, she can always look for another. I like the pizza hut here because it actually tastes better then going to a pizza hut restaurant. Atmosphere really was bad with her attitude. No smiles or nothing. Greeted because I greeted her first.
