We were looking forward to having pizza for lunch. We stood at the front counter and the lights were on but nobody was home. Then we went to Jersey Mike’s. No lunch or personal pizza were even a option. Bummer

There was one girl working that didn’t seem to thrilled to be helping me at first until I put a couple bucks in the tip jar, and then she was much more pleasant. Pizza was just okay, could have been cooked a little longer, but it was quick and did its job to feed hungry men.

Pizza was past its “enjoy by” time. The girl helping us offered a discount on it but asked another worker for help ringing up the discount. The other girl said “that’s okay,” that we can pay full price for the expired pizza. We ordered a fresh pizza instead, and once it was ready she threw it across the counter, clearly annoyed that a paying customer should expect a non-expired pizza when paying full price.

I love having this as an option in Deadwood. There’s not a lot of place to get something “on the go” in this town but Pizza Hut at Tin Lizzie really delivers in that department. I like that I can walk up and grab a pizza from their heat rack and there’s multiple options to choose from. I have tried several items on the menu and all of them were delicious.

They refuse to answer the phone. The food is good but the lack of service that says it is provided, and inside the tables are usually covered in food, since they do not properly clean the tables.
