The food here was delicious no complaints. Didn’t really talk much with the service workers but they wait time was decent. On the other hand the building genuinely looked desolate and cold. At first I thought it was closed. Overall not that bad.

Pizza use to be a lot better at least for this location, if you take the stuffed crust pizza the pizza itself will be paper thin for some reason even with extra cheese you can barely tell any difference.
Mind you it will still satisfy your crazy but for the price point you can just opt in for a way better pizza at a more affordable price at any local pizzeria’s in town.

The food was over 40 minutes late and when we called to ask about it, the person asked for the name of the order which we told her. She said it wasnt right and nowhere on the site did it show our name, only our order number but she left before we could tell her

worst pizza place in the history of montreal. i ordered my pizza on pizza hut website at 2pm. it said my order would arrive in 10 minutes from 3:30 to 5pm. at 5pm i had to leave the house and i couldnt get the pizza so i called the store to cancel the order. the store staff told them to wait for 1 minute then hung up and never called back. at 5:20pm, which means i was out on the street, the website said my pizza was delivered. i got home at 6:30 and there was no pizza. i contacted the store and still the same thing, they beat around the bush and didnt fix it for me. avoid them if you dont want to waste your money. i will never support another pizza hut again

I have allergies to vegan ingredients, which is why I always choose the vegetarian pizza. However, I noticed that they use the same cutter for all types of pizzas. In a restaurant, many different people come to eat, and it’s important to keep vegan and non-vegan items separate so that customers like me can have a safe and enjoyable experience. Mixing these can be not only unprofessional but also potentially life-threatening.

Pretty sketch Pizza Hut. It’s shocking that head office let’s this franchise operate like it does. Place looks like its closed from the outside, half the dining room is closed off. Old damaged tables from the 80s. Yikes.
