I must give 5 stars for the amazing customer service at this Pizza Hut.
Let me explain.
We lost one of my Uncle’s and a few months later my Papa. My grandma moved to another city recently. My beautiful Aunt stayed in Richland. I had a memorial blanket made for her to be reminded of how loved she, it had pictures of her late Dad, brother and of course of her Mom who is now living a few hours away.
All of this to say that when I sent the package I didnt confirm the address was correct and the package ended up at Pizza Hut.
When we all called, they were wonderful. I remember speaking with Jeremy. My husband also called as we were going to pay to see if they would drop it off. They were so incredibly gracious they were going to. My Aunt lives within walking distance and met the delivery driver on his way out to deliver.
We cant thank you enough for working with us and being so gracious and kind to us to assist in getting this special memorial blanket to my Aunt.

We ordered a thin crust supreme and bread sticks the pizza was good as always but the breadsticks were not good and that is the whole reason I ordered from there wanted breadsticks and my husband wanted pizza. Breadsticks were not good at all and I have never had bad breadsticks from there. Super disappointed.

We love the deep pan crust. This Pizza Hut had quick service, was pleasant and due to being out of town, provided plenty of paper plates and napkins for us. Great customer service Richland Pizza Hut!

Pizza was horrible! It was dried out and seemed like old pizza reheated. Delivery was quick so it wasn’t a delivery problem from Grubhub. What happened to Pizza Hut? Barely edible.

Called to find out if they had a buffet, the woman answering the phone wouldn’t answer any questions until I gave her my phone number which she already had. I told her I wasn’t calling to order, I wanted to come in and eat, she hung up. I assume their food & atmosphere is only as good as the people who work there and she was horrid. We had a party of 12, their loss.

After receiving a discount offer via email offering a free Flatss if I spent $1. I went ahead and placed the order to be picked up 45 minutes later. Upon arriving I was told the discount wasn’t working and I would have to pay the difference. This is what’s called False Advertising, basically Fraud. I will never again do business with Pizza Hut and I strongly encourage others to avoid them as well. I’ve been ordering from Domino’s for 40 years and never been this dissatisfied by criminal conduct.

Original ETA was 50-60 minutes. Did not arrive until almost 2.5 hours after order placed. No communication that there would be a delay.
I received a notification that the order was on delivery. Later I received a call telling me a change in order was needed (just soda type), meaning that the previous notification was false and it was not on delivery.
It arrived egregiously late, the food was entirely cold. The boneless chicken was not just cold but hard and inedible. The pizza was the worst I’ve experienced from a Pizza Hut. It was old and left out.
Terrible quality, no degree of customer service, false expectations and inaccurate systems information.
Likely the first time I will ever encourage others in the future to avoid any restaurant.

We ordered pizza for my birthday. My fiance went and picked it up. We asked for naked wings and sauce on the side. So my so. Could eat them and I could dip in the sauce. They made all the wings spicy. They were rude to my fiance. Coming from a place of working in the food business. That is not the way service people.
