With their last night ordered a Pizza online step crust Hawaiian, it had no sauce. It was flatter than a piece of paper barely. Any cheese I’d have to say, it’s the worst Pizza. I’ve ever had 0 flavor.

Worst customer service ever. Out of dipping sauce for breadsticks and for melts. When called to ask the girl was ah ah ah I’m new let me ask, ah ah ah I can refund just the sauce. Asked for night manger who wouldn’t give me a name was rude and wasn’t going to do a dang thing. 10-5-23 date ordered time 8:03pm. Yes David you will get a call in the morning from me and hopefully you have a better answer then your untrained staff.
By the way I have been in customer service over 25 years this was by far the worst I have ever seen.
I have tried to reach David for two days. Keep getting the run around on when he’s in. Ridiculous at this point. Customer really don’t matter at this location.
Update went back after talking to Dave. Since we tried to fix the issue. We got pizza again I told them about a food allergy. We’ll guess that’s not a priority for this place. Because there was sausage on 2 of the pizzas. Thank you but no THANK YOU. Never again would I recommend this place.

Update 5/30/25
Back to try the Pines Pizza Hut. We’ll that was a big mistake. Placed order at 751pm estimated time for delivery 831pm. Called at 910pm all we got was an excuse for short staffing. Gentleman said it was just coming out of the oven and will be there in 15 minutes. Wait what!!!!! Gentleman all give up $15 off. Pizz shows up and I looks like it was thrown on the floor. Bread stick sauce was enough in the cups for maybe 2 bread sticks. Absolutely a waste of my time and will got to Sullivan for better service at a pizza hut.

Pizza is always good but was very surprised as to how good their wings are. Always now get some wings with the pizza. Their Big Box special also comes with mini Cinnabons and who can resist those? Just adding on to this review. I think it is pretty amazing that a pizza place has the best boneless chicken wings I have ever had. Of course, they are real chicken pieces, not some processed ground up chicken. They are very tender and I think the sweet chili sauce is the best – not too sweet and with a touch of heat. And what really rocks is their now Wednesday special of buy one get one free on either boneless or bone in wings.

This was one of the worst experiences I have personally had with Pizza Hut. We ordered food online and I must have misclicked the wrong type of crust which was my fault. The problem was the pizza was also burnt and hard as a rock. The worst part was when I called to see if we could take care of the burnt pizza and Jeff the manager was very combatant, rude, and argumentative over the phone with not only myself but my mother who initially called. The first time we called to fix the problem he ended up hanging up on my mom as she was trying to fix the issue. Once we called back, I chose to talk to him since my mom was upset about the interaction. Jeff, once again was combatant, argumentative, and ultimately refused to do anything. As the phone call progressed he told “the cooker has a timer so it can’t be burnt” then he offered a $5 discount for me to purchase another pizza. So, I already paid for the pizza and now he wants me to purchase another pizza after they messed up the first one? Ultimately, I’m not super upset about the quality of the pizza. It’s the first time I’ve had that bad of quality (granted I usually go to the one on Sullivan). I am upset with the poor customer service from a manager who has allegedly been a manager for 13 years. His immediate action of escalating the situation was unneeded. All I wanted was for the burnt pizza to be fixed. If I could give this location negative stars I most certainly would. Guess I’m only using the Sullivan location from here on out.

Ordered pepperoni pizza no sauce. Pizza that was delivered wasn’t what we ordered. Burnt and hard as a rock not to mention so thin and cut into squares. Gm said it’s my fault I could order a new pizza and pay. I tried reasoning and he just had an excuse for everything. Tried asking another question and he hung up on me. Soo out the money and have a tooth breaker pizza that’s only good for target practice.

If I could give a lower than a one-star I would. Tonight on June 14th I ordered a dinner for my family from the Pizza Hut on pines and they messed up two of my pizzas I had to call corporate because it was something that we were uneditable and unable to eat and they had him remade but then when we went to go pick them up they refused to remake them. Then they argued with my husband about it and then said they would give a credit which I’m pretty sure they did not. Then 2 and 1/2 hours later I received a phone call from the store manager harassing me and telling me to come pick up the pizzas two and a half late hours later because they were closing and they just got done. He was very hostile on the phone and attackative and then I told him that I wasn’t going to come get them and then he decided to blow my phone up and call me six different times after I asked him to stop and then it was harassment. I’ve never felt so disrespected by an employee that works for a business and I’ve worked in customer service for over 25 years. They should really look at their assistant managers better before hiring them if that’s how they’re going to talk to customers we’ll never be ordering from them again.

On Tuesday July 1st about 9:15-9:30ish pm I had very uncomfortable experience. I got there for a door dash order and went to open the lobby door and both sets were locked and said for safety reasons doors lock at 10 pm. It wasnt 10 pm yet so I went through drive thru and another sign in the drive thru window said this is not an ordering window only for pick up. So I waited and eventually someone came to the window. He was not very nice and I was very polite, not in a rush or anything. He said here for a pick up order? I gave him the name kinda meekly cuz he had an attitude. He walked off to get the order. It was a few minutes seemed he might’ve been running the store all himself. When he came back he dang near threw the food at me mind you this isn’t my food, I’m just door dashing. I was shocked it was so aggressive. Then when I was checking to make sure everything was there a Mt dew and Pepsi were not there. So I knocked on the window as the lobby was closed. Nothing. I knocked again just waiting. Nothing. So I gently honked my horn feeling bad but not sure what to do cuz I already heard the phone ringing off the hook. Still nothing. So this time… I laid on my horn. He came back over SLAMMED the sliding window open which scared me cuz this is not okay behaviour. I said I was missing a Mt dew and Pepsi he stomped off grabbed it then slammed the window shut. I don’t know who that was, but his behaviour was very unsafe and upsetting and maybe he needs more help, but shouldn’t take it out on me or other customers. Pizza hut I hope you see this. I don’t want myself or others to deal with this behaviour again.
Also maybe you guys just need to shut this location down? You guys keep having people email you to “fix” things but seems things arent fixable. Fire the aggressive employee including the manager. I’ve been reading the reviews maybe instead of an automated response pizza hut actually fix that location.
