Ordered delivery and received overcooked pizza. Contacted customer service and waited 4 business days for local Pizza Hut on 3rd ave to respond. No response from local Pizza Hut leadership so posted for everyone to avoid this location.

When you first come into the restaurant You quickly realize this restaurant is low lit especially at night, The food was mediocrep at best, I will tell you that I’ve had Pizza Hut a lot and I can say with certainty this Pizza Hut did not taste like all the other times I had it, I don’t know if they change the crust or did something different but TBH it sucked, The only thing that was good about this restaurant was service that was about a 8/10, probably won’t eat here again

I’m sharing this review because the last couple of times, it has not been good. We ordered the dinner box to be delivered at 7:30. I called at 8:00, apparently there was a computer error, finally received our order at 8:40. I feel like if I did not call, it would have been even later. We ordered the dinner box. One meat lovers with extra sauce, one half cheese / half pepperoni. Order was wrong(no extra sauce no half cheese) Pizza was burned, breadsticks were overcooked, pizzas were barely warm. The delivery guy was very nice though

Glad I could get my pizza 20 min late and have to pop it in the microwave myself. Against my better judgement my wife chose Pizza Hut and like usual we pay the price. Cold pizza, breadsticks, and melts. I hope this time she’ll listen to me and choose somewhere else.

I was charged $65 for 1 large pan and 10;chicken wings. I actually apologized to the driver for only giving $3 tip. I am absolutely outraged @ the cost of a single pizza. It’s the biggest rip off in town.

Very friendly when ordering. It took about 30 minutes to receive our pizzas. The delivery man was kind, the pizzas were hot and delicious. I would highly recommend.

I did try and talk to someone at the resturant but after being on hold for 10 mins. I hung up. I ordered a double order of breadsticks and they have next to no flavoring on them at all. They taste like just bread. The ones that have a few small sprinkles, taste TERRIBLE!!! They actually look, feel and taste old to me. I got them to eat with dinner I had cooked at home and now I wish I just went some where else.
I even tipped them for curbside service.
