I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I will not return and advise others against visiting this location. Our entire 16-wing order was undercooked. Upon complaining, they only refunded the wing order, prompting me to request a full refund. The acting manager, contacted her supervisor and he acknowledged that our complaint would be disregarded.

We visited last night because our daughter’s team had a game and their bus broke down outside of Zillah on the way home. We decided to run back and grab some pizzas to feed the girls while they awaited a new bus. We came in, and the short staffed Zillah location went out of their way to help us get our pizza quickly, they cut the slices smaller for us, and got us on our way so that we could take care of a bus full of very hungry and tired athletes. The employee that helped us directly was very kind, and she helped us to the truck, and went above and beyond, and I just can’t say enough about her help during a time where we were all tired and stressed out. I can’t recommend this location and staff enough! Never has a Pizza Hut employee anywhere been so thoughtful and kind to us, and we appreciate her greatly. Thank you SO MUCH for your help and for your kindness, it made the girls VERY happy and brought a decent end to a rough night!

Three times skimping out on food with Chicken Alfredo. This place is crazy!! I don’t usually complain but at this point I have no choice. When I called the manager he even admitted he looks at the food before being boxed up and said he thought mi e was low but sent it out anyways. Do not order from Zillah Pizza Hut they will rob you.

I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order over the phone, which was routed through a call center. After placing the order, I called my local store to verify it—and found out that the order was incorrect. The store told me the pizza had already been made.
When I asked about correcting it, the employee I spoke with was rude. She told me, “you didn’t place an order with us, so it’s not our fault,” and then added, “we’ll just make you your pan pizza!” in a VERY disrespectful tone.
I understand mistakes happen, but I expect to be treated respectfully when trying to resolve an issue. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was extremely disappointing.

Unfortunately, each time I’ve visited, l’ve noticed a persistent moldy odor inside the restaurant. Additionally, l’ve experienced some stomach discomfort after eating the meals, which I believe may be related to the environment.

Service is often great. Though the food lately has been lacking on presentation. The pizza has so much bread and no sauce or cheese. I know the pictures in their adds are far from the reality. Though this is far from the norm.
