When my delivered pizza seemed dry, I opted to go to the store rather than call. After arriving at the store and reviewing my order, I realized I hadn’t actually ordered extra cheese as I thought. However, the manager was incredibly understanding and professional, offering to remake my pizza with extra sauce and cheese anyway!! I really appreciate how they handled the situation and made sure I left with a perfect pizza. Excellent customer service!!! ⭐️

I ordered online and somehow my ordered was placed wrong I called the store while waiting they hang out on me I called back again talking to the manager didn’t wanted to remake the order I had to pay again and while talking to her they hang out again.
Poor service, employees at the night shift instead of help customers they are outside smoking i was in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting to pick up my ordered only to be missing items. I called the same night like 10 times and they never answered. Not the firts time they have missed items in my order My family loves pizza hut but we won’t be buying fron this location anymore. Worse service.
By reading the reviews and most of them same issue how come the owners doesn’t pay attention to the issue?? How can you keep letting your employees to treat your customers like that?? This is very sad and frustrating

We placed an order via the Pizza Hut app, and it was glitching throughout the process. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, but received a large cheese pizza. We called the restaurant and they told us it wasn’t their fault and that I was welcome to order a new one through them at normal price.

Sorry to say – I should have looked at the reviews. Pizza was wrong and no sauce with the breadsticks. I did call the store, they offered to make it right, but I am traveling and did not need more pizza that would just be tossed out, so asked for refund. Could not do a refund, but they offered credit on my account. Now will see if that actually is available. SAD SAD SAD that accuracy of orders is such an issue with this location.

I was ordering food at the drive thru with my mom one night after a long day. Through the window you could see this young lady was talking with an older looking man.fair enough they could’ve been busy right? Well we were waiting for service for almost 30 minutes and they had customers inside looking equally upset as they were doing absolutely nothing but chatting away during the time they were supposed to be working. After realizing that they were goofing around with one another my mother honked her horn to get their attention but the girl only flinched then continued her conversation with the young man. I’m very disappointed.

Maybe not best pizza in town, but for the price on deals they usually have it’s a great option. Plus the stuffed crust is really good. Along with a the drive through option in the summer saves you from sweating in and out of the store. The pizza, and cheese sticks are a great option. The stuffed melts are also a smaller option and good too.

The app is spotty at best, it would not allow us to place our order or use our points. The pizza was good, did it’s job and filled everyone up. But the staff was amazing helped as much as they could, and really went the extra mile.
