I’ve had a rough go of things the past few weeks, and I really love Pizza Hut’s breadsticks. I saw they had a promo for wings, so I decided to get some wings and breadsticks for dinner. Every person I encountered when I went to pick up my order was friendly, welcoming, and kind. I guess they got my order in a little late, I didn’t really notice, but they threw in an extra order of breadsticks. It’s not a huge thing, but that kind gesture made my whole day! The restaurant is clean and well taken care of. My food was cooked perfectly.

Ordered a pizza for sons birthday party that was undercooked and soooo greasy. we couldn’t even eat it. Called and spoke with one of the managers who’s response was well we just cook the food. Not a sorry or oops. Just a rude lady. Also ordered 2 Alfred’s with chicken and got no chicken. Pasta was edible.

I ordered pepperoni lovers pizza and I feel like it has less pepperoni on it than a regular pepperoni pizza also I never get marinara when I order bread sticks and I don’t eat bread sticks without marinara. If you advertise pepperoni lovers pizza smothered in pepperoni I expect it to be smothered in pepperoni. But it’s not just this we order pizza every Friday as it’s a family tradition anyways there is always something messed up in our order every single week. I’m ready to just start going to dominoes

Excellent service they take back everything I said 5 days ago which is why I had deleted my first review of Pizza Hut. But since then everything has changed and they have been a great service and helped me a lot. They fixed the problem I had and did not charge me delivery and they even cut my pizza, which I was very surprised because with my shoulder dislocation is very hard for me to use a knife or pizza cutter to cut my “a” pizza. The delivery guy was very nice and very apologetic a sympathetic. Which is very nice. So with the manager and the delivery guy and just Pizza Hut in general doing all this for me today I take back everything I said 5 days ago interview that I deleted about Pizza Hut. So Pizza Hut good work, and Pizza Hut workers thank you so much for understanding that was awesome you’re awesome thank you Battleground Pizza Hut for helping me. And I will definitely be ordering or coming back to get pizza when I do have money on me and decide to spend it. LOL! When I’m hungry! Sign, Erin Atchison.

Did a walk in order, only waited about 20 mins which was understandable since we had just decided on way home to grab it. Pizza was a pepperoni & jalapeño medium pan pizza. So yummy. The employee even brought it out to my car when it was ready.
