Kevin was our server for my family of five dining in. He was very attentive and hospitable. I appreciated the check ins with us and the polite small talk.

Like others have said, the food is good but the customer service at this location sucks; it’s really bad. There are employees working but the register is ignored like 75% of the time. If you don’t assert yourself to the staff, they will ignore you for several minutes (and they do see you…). And when they do come over, they don’t even greet you. Most of the time they just stare at you waiting for YOU to say something. The person at the register more than likely stares at the register screen and avoids eye contact.
There’s also attitude all over their face and just a small amount of eye-rolling. I come here often and try to give the benefit of the doubt but after multiple visits of the service being awful, I think it’s either a horrible place to work? Or they hire some strange people. Or both.
If you come here and you notice the service is questionable, welcome to the club! Nope, they’re always like that!
Only reason I give it 2 stars for service instead of 1 is because there is one guy who works there usually at night who, although not exuberantly warm or friendly, acknowledges you and even remembers customers names (he remembered mine). I hope you get that guy, he’s nice comparatively to everyone else.

I usually don’t complain or get upset but when I get a pizza I just hope it looks cheesy and edible. This pizza is far from that. Multiple spots don’t even have cheese. So disappointing when you’re craving a good pizza.

I had such a great experience at Pizza Hut today! I went in just to grab a pizza, and to my surprise, they gave me some wings and special pizzas to try. Everything was delicious — the wings were juicy and flavorful, and the pizzas were amazing as always. I really appreciated the gesture and the great service. Definitely made me feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend!

It’s better than frozen but not that much better. I got the Hawaiian Luau pizza and some boneless honey BBQ chicken tenders. Sauce was slathered around sloppily on the pizza, crust is decent, toppings were spread evenly but didn’t excite my taste buds. The BBQ tenders were the same as getting them frozen and reheating them in the over but with the added experience of being soggy because they sat in the pool of BBQ too long they lost all crunch.

Ok I am not usually one to complain… however this has been multiple times of this happening at this point. I do not order thin crust pizza… bit the pizza I get may as well be. The crust is tough and has the consistency of cardboard…on a stuffed crust pizza… what’s going on y’all?

The pizza was fine, but I am absolutely DISGUSTED with how this heavy set lady treated her fellow employee, an innocent young man with Down Syndrome. I was standing at the counter waiting for someone to help me, and the only employee to notice me was the man with special needs. He went and grabbed his boss (I’m assuming his boss) and her response almost got me locked up today! She quote on quote said “I have my own eyes ok!) I held my composure because I didn’t want the young man to feel uncomfortable or worked up. I’m leaving a 5 star review because I have a ton of respect for the owner of this establishment giving people with special needs a chance. Props to you Mr/mrs, you you are an amazing person! You need do need to make a drastic change in your staff though TODAY! My heart is breaking for this poor young man. Nobody should be bullied, especially someone with special needs. If nothing is done about this, I’m hitting social media and I’m hitting it hard. If you are owner please reach out to me asap. I am irate

It was difficult for me, calling for carryout two large pepperoni pizzas. The number you call isn’t the store number. When I called about curbside(disabled) service, they had to call the local store, and have them bring it out. Ordering online wasn’t a option. Not sure why you can’t call the store directly, having to involve a third person.
I am giving one star for service to add to this old review. My second experience happened yesterday and I stopped at the store and went inside to bypass calling the third party. While I stood at the counter waiting, I watched a young man filling sauce cups, a young woman doing boxes, and another in the back dropping chicken wings into the fryer. No one greeted me, or motioned with a nod. After watching for several minutes, and ignored I left.
This is becoming a issue every where, Burger King, better use the drive through, McD’s better have the app, Dominos informed me they don’t deliver to my car, right outside the door.
Customer service isnt there anymore. They don’t have the staff, and please be patient because people will always come back, all the time.
